    I don't understand the kind of church where it's ok to mock their Lord, and I wouldn't attend it. By the way, I didn't report that image but I'm glad it's gone.

    I'm hoping to compile a list of places to visit that are based around particular books or authors. Suggestions welcome, and images would be very helpful. I have to say no to Adult-rated ones unless that's just the rating of the region, not the content. Thank you.

    Thank you for your well-wishes, @PermaRuthed . Both of you are missing the point, however, which is something I've already said. It's one thing to post a mocking meme in response to something one doesn't find funny - that makes a point. It's quite another to continue posting mocking memes, as though they were in themselves funny. @Love Zhaoying, I know criticism can be painful but even if you don't feel sorry about it I suggest you take your postings to your church and get the opinion of your pastor.

    That's enormously crass, especially when viewed by someone who went through chemo several months ago and is still taking cancer drugs. You made your point about memes several posts ago. This is just not funny nor does it add to your argument (which frankly is as clear as mud anyway).

    @Scylla Rhiadra I have offered to explain to you in private how my faith is involved. CUFI is a Christian organisation, working to overcome anti-semitism. I have Jewish relatives and know how scared they are. You have your views and I have mine, and it's plain we're not going to see eye-to-eye. I don't think either of us is doing anything but being sincere, and I'm sorry but I haven't many lashes left to bat, even if I wanted to do so.

    My posting stemmed from my faith (which I'm happy to explain in private) and from compassion for an innocent family. Did I accuse you of taking political sides in your post about donations to UNWRA in a mosque? No, because I presumed you were acting from compassion for innocents, and were not making a political point.
