I agree, I think that people only rely on event listing on very specific occasions, it never increased nor decreased the amount of people in the most popular clubs. Search is more effective when it comes to advertise a club, just pick the best keywords and it'll pop in the search often.

My PC is from 2012, AMD, never had an issue with overheating (besides when the thermal paste ran dry), atm I'm using a low end graphic card it handles SL well enough for me not to die too much because of FPS, even if Firestorm does mess up and has to be reinstalled. I play other games well too so I do think AMD is a really good option compared to what it used to be.

You clearly need a body applier for the head skin and if you use firestorm, the best light for matching adjustment (which is not needed when the body applier is correct) is AnaLutetia - AvatarOpt2 whiter

The best thing you can do is go to different stores and try their demo with the skin pictured there. When it comes to heads the skin does half of the work on it's looks.

TMP head is outdated and I think it only fits TMP body, which is also outdated. I wouldn't advise it, no matter how cheap. If it's a mesh head you want, there used to be a bento one at marketplace for 99L, but I don't know if it's still there nor I recall the name.

Being the animations bento they should work for all heads, but keep in mind that every head has a different rigging so the animation might look weird. For example, I wear the Catya head, I have a club dancing animation from Vista that animates the head and it was done to animate their own head, so when played while using Catya it just looks weird, makes my avatar have that creepy Joker smile.

The AK heads have a separate animation HUD which is too pricey for it's own good, but in theory all heads animate with bento animations because it has to do with the head bones and not with the mesh head.

Some time ago someone who saw my personal ad here contacted me and we exchanged IMs for a while and he showed me that very expensive hud (he wasted around 4k sending me that just to prove a point) where it did exactly that, it was something with "soul", it "stole" your soul and even with the stop animation and revoke permissions you couldn't get rid of it. Even if you relogged, you would stay on the hud to be animated. I tested it on my sister and it worked. It's extremely abusive and intrusive and I'm really surprised that product still exists. I've worked in a big club for long enough to know a few things for sure: - People won't pay 1L to listen to radio just because you would. You might have friends who will agree with you to make you feel better, but that's not true. Anyone can literally get any station for free and have a blast at their own SL homes. - DJs and entertaining hosts are what bring people to clubs, and when it's not them only, it's the music, where I worked the club was mostly packed of people idling while listening to the stream and not boring to see their screens, which means that spending all that money on expensive stuff makes absolutely no difference to them, they would be happy with good music even standing on a default prim. Also, expensive doesn't mean good. Specially in SL when a LOT of expensive stuff are outdated prims from creators who are not even online anymore. Specially the club stuff. With basic scripting knowledge and understanding on how advanced lighting works, anyone can do an AMAZING job at creating visual effects in SL. Edit Okay I had to edit because I haven't read all of this page when I posted and I think I was right? The "expensive disco decorations" are old products from marketplace? That club doesn't look exactly attractive visually. I'm sorry but it's just not enough to compel people into paying, even 1L, to be there.

Good day! I have nearly zero knowledge about scripting and I searched over marketplace and couldn't find what I need, so I'm here checking if this is a scrip easy enough for anyone to give me a starter? I need a script that works on a media prim. My idea is to set up URLs on this script and have a menu displayed with a list of said URLs (with names if possible) like a remote control to select channels. I currently save my URLs in a notecard and edit the prim when I want to change it, which is way longer than just get the URL applied to the prim using a menu. Can anyone help me with that? Some Fitted items might work for you even if they are not maitreya as your shape seem to be very thin, but avoid "rigged" for clothes, always prefer "fitted".
