What you are not telling us is if the mouth moves when you type, or when you use voice yourself. If it is when you use voice, then have a look at this setting in Firestorm (click to enlarge)

The viewer is open source, and this means that you can provide translations yourself. Get the source code of the viewer, find where the localization files are and start editing them. Once you have some translations done, you can submit the translations to LL again by filing a ticket and attaching the translated file. I hope this helps a bit.

Looks like there is a stupid bright light source on your boat. See if you can find the one that causes your boat to light up like a lighthouse. Note that it could even be a facelight. Some heads come with a built-in facelight which is enabled by default so make sure that YOU are not that light source. To find the light source(s) that cause this washed out effect, you can use Show Light Radius For Selection (works only when you select an item, like your boat) or use "show beacons" and put a check on "Bounding boxes for lights in scene" Pretty soon you will find out what the culprit is.

The real question is "which body is best for you?" and only you can answer that question, based on your experiences with the demos of these bodies. So demo, demo, demo as many interesting bodies you can find. Then play with your shape, will you be able to make your legs look right for you? Does your butt look right to you? Are the shape of the boobs right? Once you feel you can have a shape that makes you happy, you have found the best body... for you.

You can still do that, whether the item was copy or no copy. The fact is that delisting and relisting places the item at the top of the list as if it were actually new, and this gives it unfair exposure. It is just plain disallowed and therefore should be reported.
