We enjoyed a great Jungle Scavenger Hunt for Andee Cooper's Monday Tour!  http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Elar Imerra/38/146/23 It certainly is where the adventure begins!  Current hunt is for 30 items and ends Nov 22, 2023...then another will begin!

We met at the HealthInfo meeting place and got ready for adventure!

Beautiful surroundings and so many photo spots! 

Rope climbs and drops... this Hunt is a workout!

Gypsy Camp, Pirate caves, oh my!

 If you need a rest... you can even paint a souvenir photo of  your adventure!!

Hope this doesn't explode while we're there! 

Gemma, Andee and I puzzle over a few items we've not found yet...

We finally got them all and wait for a commemorative plaque which will be sent out after the Hunt ends... and another begins.... and the beautiful Plaques arrived this morning!

Doc and I proudly display them in our Living Room!

Thank you so much to Andee Cooper and @Shayn MacKenzie the Designer/Landscaper/Builders of this wonderful place... it makes us Love SL ♥ even more!

Luckily, you could use an Alt and they'd never know. 

I assume you have at least one alt, since about 20% of the users on the Forum are all 1 RL person.

I pay for what I don't receive.... not worth a lawsuit (penny problem), but still not right.
They really should google "101 in customer service and care".

I have 2 alts, for specific purposes, but they have no inventories. Both not to socialize.
I will not invest extra L$ in them to go to a party at the WelcomeHub. 🤪

You do bring this up quite often (being banned, etc.) is why I poked you. 

I hope with the coming year, you are able to heal some ("get over over it enough to not complain about it as much publicly").

They treated me (as a long time customer) like I'm a disposable piece of dirt.
In return I tell the world about the far under par customer service and care from LL.

Both sides do what we can to make the best out of it. 
It is basically up to them how long I continue.

LL gives estate wide bans. That way they don't show.
I seem to have a ban for the estate where the Welcome hub and Motown is on.
No big deal for me in the end, I'm no party animal.

But it shows the excellence of LL customer service and care.
No reason given about why, no indication for how long, no mention who spelled the curse on me, no notification what to do in case they might be mistaken (Although I think some of them think they can't be mistaking as a Linden).

They really should read a book about the 101 on modern customer handling.
There is no sensible alternative, I have invested a lot in SL over the years in money, work and friendships.
Otherwise I would have left SL over this.
17+ years in SL with no problems ever, and than this ban, about really nothing. It hurts a lot. And should not be possible this way.

Estate owners can handle at whim. That is how SL is laid out. But LL staff should not. Ever. There should be careful and strictly regulated procedures in place. They are no normal estate owners.
But some act at whim and get away with it.

I'm a long term paying and contributing member of SL and deserve better. Everybody deserves better, where one is costumer.

Have fun at the upcoming parties at the Hub.
