rasterscan Posted July 6, 2023 Share Posted July 6, 2023 (edited) Hi Traders ! When I use slmp > My Marketplace > Merchant Home > Reports > Orders it shows page one only. Clicking 'Next' or '2' hangs for 30 - 40 secs then reshows page 1 again. I cannot track whats selling and what is not as it only shows page 1. Is it me , or a general problem ? This usually happens if you have had a LOT of sales during the selected time period. Changing the time frame should prevent the time out. For instance, if you are trying to pull a report for 3 months and the system is timing out, try limiting it to just 30 days at a time. You can then download the .CSV version of the report for use on your own computer, or upload it to the cloud and use with an online spread sheet, like google sheets. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
