Well that sucks. I never log out, so seldom ever see the generic stuff. I generally believe that SL has a good reputation also because as far as I understand the environment of sex is managed in a very careful way. The problem is algorithms and what they believe is overriding in human nature. But there is a need to reflect in my opinion why the algorithms of SL decide to show these contents. Want to make money in SL ? Sell home & housewares, outfits or hair or shoes. Because everyone needs those, not just the tiny few here for the explicitly adult market. Adult content and expression is fundamental to the success of the platform, especially to people who have no interest in humping pixels.
