Why in every hell are you asking us where your money is? We aren't Linden Lab employees. We aren't Second Life employees.

Check your pockets and the couch cushions.

you are not employees but you answer, then why answer me when you do not have specific answers?

This is a resident-to-resident forum.  We are all SL residents like you.  None of us can look into your account.  You should be very glad to know that.  Lindens rarely come here (except to close a thread that has gone off the deep end), and they will never discuss an individual account here.  If you have an account question, submit a support case.

това е мястото, където жителите разговарят помежду си неформално. моля свържете се с обслужването на клиентите

(this is where residents talk to each other informally. please contact customer service)

Alright alright, let's play nice here folks!

@Milen Monaron I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering some issues with making a process credit request. Unfortunately we cannot discuss account specific issues on the forums (for your security and privacy), however we will be more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have if you submit a Support case to our Billing team :)

There's also this handy dandy Knowledge Base page where you can learn more about account balances and process credit requests if you haven't looked it over already:

how?

The same way that you always buy L$.  On your dashboard, open Linden Exchange >>> Buy L$.  Then place an order.  Please use the Market Rate, not the Best Buy rate.  You will only get confused if you try the Best Buy rate.
