Lewis, you beat me to the punch! I was going to say the same thing....look for jackets that are mod, then you can change the color to what you want yourself. If you need help, feel free to look for me inworld, and I'll walk you through it, if you need me to! :matte-motes-big-grin: I almost always do this with my hair, because I like a fairly specific shade of red.

You might try scanning through the Marketplace to get an idea of the creators you really like. There are a lot of very nice premium skins available there. I would suggest visiting their inworld stores, though, as it is highly advisable to try demos before buying. Some skins may be fantastic, but when applied over your shape....not so hot. :matte-motes-big-grin:

Yep, they are absolutely correct! I use the same shape that I bought from Alady in 2007, I just can't give it up because it's who I am. I wouldn't be Aislin with a different shape. I have tried hundreds upon hundreds of gorgeous skins, but when I try them on, ughhhhhh, it doesn't even look like the same skin! :matte-motes-wink-tongue:

Yes, and I do believe the Lindens are aware and working on this. Edit for additional information: this has been reported 9,692 times on the bug tracker as of now.

You may also want to check your camera controls. If you look at the bottom of your screen (if you are using the SL viewer) you will see a tab that says camera controls, click on this, then you will see 3 icons, one which looks like an eye, click on that, then make sure that you have rear view checked. This will ensure that your camera follows your avatar from slightly behind, so you will be able to see it. Hope this helps!

I don't know if this is the answer in your case, but I do know there has been a glitch in the friends list inworld that the Lindens have been working to fix. This may also be effecting the SL.com list as well.

Hmmmm, the only thing I can think of is to maybe go to avatar test, and reattach/wear everything. If it's an alpha that says it's detached, but somehow hasn't this may do the trick. Hope this helps!

I posted this is another thread, but it totally applies here as well, This post really hit home for me. My first serious SL relationship was so incredible, we partnered, had a gorgeous SL wedding, and things were blissful. Then one day he introduced me to a good friend of his. This friend, he explained, had one shortcoming, and that was that he was a total player. The friend was always bringing different women to our home to visit, especially when my husband wasn't online. Now, I am a fairly intelligent person, and noticed certain things about this person from the beginning. He occasionally used phrasing or wording/spelling that my husband did. I had that hinky feeling from the get go. I was right, it was him using an alt. He had both on at the same time when he introduced us, and occasionally thereafter. For a minute I tried to make myself believe that I was just imagining it, I didn't want to believe that my gloriously happy SL marriage was all a lie. I finally had to wake up, smell the coffee and realize that he was, in fact, that big of an a**hole. I confronted him, and at first he denied it vehemently. Eventually, he came clean. Even after we unpartnered, and he was in other relationships, he would message me and want me to be the other woman. NOT! We had even taken things to RL in a way, with phone calls, and plans. He's actually a pretty big deal in the Canadian government, and was promising me a comfortable life if I were to move to Canada. I sent him, and his children gifts from Disney, but at the same time all this other SL stuff happened, I also found out that in RL HE'S MARRIED...Ughhhhhhh! I was hurt, but so glad I got rid of him in BOTH worlds. He is obviously a cheater in SL AND RL!

When you bring up your group names, there should be at the very top the option to activate None. You could also go into preferences, and uncheck the box that says show group titles. Good luck!
