  1. Check the keywords in other languages. For me, I tried just as you did, to remove all English keywords. Then I saw this post and removed either all German keywords (automatically added in English) or the actual German words I added myself (where "Kinder" was the word prohibited, not "Kind").
  2. No, neither did I say that? I am refering to that in the tab for German, when you remove the keyword "Kinder" that got the listing banned, it goes active. "Kind" is ok.
  3. But why is "Kinder" not allowed as a keyword in German?! Anyone knows? 🧐
  4. Canis, I had the same happened to me as well, about 26 unlisted items, all related to children (skins, clothes). I tried to remove a single keyword from the german translation (kinder) and that seems to work just as you mention.
  5. @Chic Aeon I don't think the levels has anything to do with how much land you own (or not). I don't own any land, have a free account. My husbands avatar own 512 sqm and has a premium account. Yet we both have the same levels as for LindeX and Process Credit, both higher then the new "default" levels. I double checked just after the new level announcement and again today.
  6. I do most of the time now. It is way to much work to list a single item, in my case for each skin tone. I just pack them all in one folder or box and use that for all listings. I do not see a reason this would not be allowed.
  7. For both of the suggestions below, I assume you are using some kind of graphic software as well to edit your snapshots. If you are using system clothes or clothes layer on a mesh body, only wear the actual clothes and nothing else. If you are using mesh clothes, only wear the mesh clothes and put on a full body alpha OR rez the mesh clothes. Take snapshots against a green, blue or white background, delete/mask everything but the clothing. Set the background as transparent and save as .png or use alpha layers if you are familiar with the use of them, save as .tga. Upload the images back to Second Life.
  8. Not sure which vendor system you use, if it is Casper there is a helpful information page you could check: https://wiki.casperdns.com/index.php/CasperVend_2/Quick_Start Casper Vend and profite sharing: https://wiki.casperdns.com/index.php/CasperVend_2/Profit_Sharing There are many reasons people prefer vendor systems instead of a simple sales script, mine are these: Gifting option Demo option without extra prims Gives landmark and/or information notecards Records of sales history with great statistics over regions, sales (L, amount, best sellers etc.) Efficient, you set up one item once and can later on just copy the vendor and rez at a new place Option to easily merge marketplace sales in to the sales records Redelivery option, including marketplace sales I guess there are more but those are the main reasons for me.
  9. @Nomasha Syaka, if you refer to your store on the marketplace as your page, no you can't. Your items will be listed according to the algorithm behind the sorting preferences chosen by the user viewing your store.
  10. Skidz has a great sandbox, it is free and staff online basically all the time to avoid griefing.
  11. If you know the name of the item you purchased, try to download your transaction history from your account page instead. You can get your transactions as CSV, XLS or XML do your search there from there. As you find your transaction ID, send it to the merchant, it might help them to find your purchase more easily.
  12. Updated information here: https://wiki.casperdns.com/index.php/Outages Unlike other vendor systems, Casper are open about the outages. I tried a few over the years and this is the best vendor system I encountered. The statistic and sales information (place, lindens, amounts etc.) are great features for any merchant plus the option to include both inworld and marketplace sales. Outages will happen to any vendor system, the difference is how they openly share the information about the issues.
  13. Instead of getting an investor to start up your business, have you considered to work to earn lindens within Second Life? Various places like hosting events at clubs etc. could slowly enable for you to build up a small amount to start to invest in full perm mesh to resell. It does work but requires some patience. I know by experience since I started that way myself, not wanting to add any of my real world money. Best luck.
  14. You would basically be selling part of your ownership, investors are bosses. Why do you need money at all? Does your business actually require external investment? Why not put your own money to start-up slowly and retain 100% of your business, consider rather to reinvest all funds back into the expansion and growth of your business as opposed to losing a chunk of your business to an investor? Something to consider if possible first.
  15. My deepest condolences to Sylva’s family and friends. I had the blessing of personal contact with Sylva, such an amazing person she was with a wonderful witty humor and bright intellect. A quote from her Second Life profile: "In the end, the measure of a human's achievement will be how they are remembered - or forgotten". Sylva was the best animator in Second Life. Her spirit and great work will continue to live on. Sylva, you succeeded and will always be remembered. Rest in Peace. For those who wish to support Sylva's RL daughters and family, please consider visiting The Sylva Petrov Memorial Fund and give a donation.
  16. Chic, I have and have had the same issue. All MP mails didn't get to me, but IM, group notices, other mail etc worked. I also checked spam folder etc. I reported this by a ticket and was told to try to refresh the email settings. But, no luck until I changed to a completely new email. Then it all of a sudden started to work, when I changed back to my previous mail, same problem. I was told to write a JIRA which I did. They claimed it was all ok from their side, all mails went out without being sent back. JIRA closed ... but my problem was and are not solved. I solved it myself by using this new email, but the original problem is still there. My initial JIRA remains closed, when I stated, it isn't solved by adding a new one, it was closed due to "duplication".... Yay, excellent support Linden Lab. Please when/if you are able to solve it or get help, let me know through here, I'm interested to hear if there are any other solutions. Good luck!

That should at least remove the least relevant items. all you have to do is put "NOT demo" in search and then after it pulls up a ton of things check the three boxes on the left to show the full perm stuff. Searching for "Full Perm" will only show the things that have that in the keywords or title. It wont actually show the full perm items. I am very aware of that full perm will only show those items that have this in keywords. Please tell me if to search for only "NOT demo" works for you, for me it doesn't. It has to have at least one search term first, otherwise it returns empty result. It was thought as a suggestion to narrow down her search only. To relay on that the merchant either checked all perm boxes or put in these keywords is basically the same, not 100% certainty you get all items. Well, if i was looking for full perm mesh items i would search "mesh NOT demo." If it was something else, i would serch for "_______ NOT demo." If a merchant doesnt set the perm to match the item that is a seperate issue. Half the things on the first page of a "full perm NOT demo" search aren't actually full perm. If you check the boxes on the left and refien it then you are sure to get things that are checked full perm. Whether or not they are depends on the merchant. Surely we would search differently to what we are after, you would search mesh, someone else dress ... etc and naturally we can vary the keywords to narrow down what we search for. That is what my suggestion was about, to help her by exluding the demo by adding "NOT", which was the problem initially stated. My question to you was only since you stated it was enough to type "NOT demo" without keywords like I suggested, does it work for you, because, to me, that only returns an empty search result.

We have been monitoring since then and have seen no continued problems in this area. Please file a JIRA if you see this or other issues in the future. ... and those JIRA's filed for this issue until now, how will they be handled? As for the items being delivered but not paid for?
  21. Sassy Romano wrote: The items were removed from the other avatar inventory as requested and confirmed that my ticket had been actioned. Point being that instead of letting the system be a thorn in your side, use the system provided to stick it back the other way. I'm pretty good at that :matte-motes-wink-tongue: I understand your point and agree with you Clever and right back at them (LL).
  22. Sassy Romano wrote: There is another angle which merchants might want to take. Instead of asking the customer to pay, which is the most absurd of all, since it is LL that has instantiated an unauthorised delivery, open a support case asking for the item that was given freely, to be removed from the "purchasers" inventory. It's then up to LL to explain to the "purchaser" why they have corrected THEIR error! Slopeyshoulders Linden really does grate at times but it's what I did after "Poseballgate" when LL took back all the funds from the fraudulent purchases of my L$1,000,000 pose balls. Just out of principle, I opened a support case asking that they remove the 27 pose balls from the other persons inventory. I shouldn't have even had to ask. To properly correct a transaction, you fix BOTH SIDES to balance. Sassy, I must ask out of curiousity; When you requested this from support last time the issue was ongoing, did Linden Lab actually responded and did what you requested of them, i.e. deleted the items?
  23. Dresden Ceriano wrote: Arwen Serpente wrote: The answer from Support was the same at that time: contact the customer and ask for payment. I've read about a lot of ridiculous things that LL support has done on this forum, but this has to take the cake. I know I shouldn't be surprised by their utter incompetence, but I simply can't help being awestruck by the level of stupidity they've achieved with this nonsense. ...Dres ETA: It occurred to me to ask if anyone knows whether or not any of these customers were actually charged for their purchases. Is it possible that they actually paid for what they bought and their payment just didn't go through like it's supposed to? In other words, could LL actually be keeping it? I experienced this issue both as merchant and as customer. As for the customer case, I got the item without being charged for it. The money where charged and instantly refunded. I contacted the merchant in question to send her the payment and asked out of curiosity since I noticed several failed deliveries myself, if she even got the payment. She only had a message of failed delivery with no payment for it. As for myself, I noticed several failed transactions and I contacted Linden Lab before I saw this forum thread, to hear, could it be possible the same issue as we experienced before, has started again? The only answer I got was the same as you all seem to have received, file a JIRA and contact the customer. I'm vivid. This is ridiculous, we seem to have gotten back the same issue as was existing not too long time ago with fake "failed deliveries" without payment, where Linden Lab refunded a huge amount of merchants over a long period of time. So now what? The previous fix didn't work? And what does Linden Lab do about it? Nothing! Silence, not a word about a problem as far as I am informed. Just file a JIRA and be silent. At least they would by now be aware of the issue with so many contacting support with the same issue. I am going to file JIRA's for my failed deliveries, but what good does it do me? No information from Linden Lab how they are going to handle the issue, not even acknowledging they have a technical major problem with payments to merchants for actually delivered items.
  24. Chic Aeon wrote: ADDENDUM: I have also noted that even though I set my default permissions, it keeps reverting back to transfer only. Not sure if this is part of the puzzle. This is EXACTLY how it behaves for me as well, I have the item set to copy only. Inside it is a script (copy only) and a landmark. I rez the item and it converts from copy only to transfer only. When rezzed, I reset it to copy only, take it to inventory, rez again ... permissions tranfer only ... I am not sure but I think it started to happen to me as well after the server side baking but aren't 100% sure of when it first occured.
  25. This has happened to me several times lately, I thought it was me alone having this problem. For example, I have a premade box to pack my items in. Set to copy, no trans, no modify. All of a sudden when I rezzed one to pack it with a set of new items, I noticed it had transfer only perms. I thought I made an error and set it to copy again, Then it keeps on happening. I rez it, check just copy, and next time I rez it, transfer only. I have also checked so I have no scripts or similar with other permissons that may affect it. Sometimes the box rez with correct perms, sometimes not.
