Shouldn't be a problem, but you might want to familiarize yourself with the TOS. Specifically, Section 7. Also, LLs snapshot and machinima policy.

I was thinking about this just the other day. LL should put their logo to work and get it out there, like some of the MMOs, with such merchandising. It might even get people who have never even heard of SL to check it out. Plus, I, too, want a hat.

Try disabling the hardware check at startup by adding the --noprobe parameter to the shortcut. If you're using Windows: Edit the shortcut properties Add --noprobe in the first editable text field. Best scripted? That's a matter of opinion, one which I myself am not qualified to weigh in on. Don't know what you mean by "fluent" in regards to a virtual airport, but Abbotts Aerodrome is probably the most well-known airport in SL.

I don't believe LL has that option. Credit card and PayPal are it. You may be able to find a third-party exchange that has that payment option, but... If you don't want to open a bank account just to buy L$s, consider that you might need a bank account to do simple things like... cash a check, build your credit history, etc. Plus, most if not all of the big boys have one.

I started experiencing that same problem with the previous version. Now running in XP SP2 compatibility mode as suggested on the Phoenix site. Haven't had any problems since.. yet.

Yes, Phoenix currently requires a last name for login.

Use Resident as your last name.

Maybe the system logged her out between the times that you left and went back. If there's no "foul play" suspected, what's the big deal, anyway? I would beg for her forgiveness.

You can buy full sims for a lot less than 1K. Check Regions for Sale: Full Regions. There are also several groups for advertising full transfer sales. But, there is always that $295 a month..

You could always wear a titler, that will allow you to input whatever you want to have hovering over your head. Look on the Marketplace. There are a number of them available. I'll send you a freebie one when I'm inworld. If I can find it in my inventory...

Try going into Advanced Menu / Rendering / Types. Clouds should be checked (X'd). Or Ctrl+Alt+Shift+- (hyphen).
