I set up a Paypal last night and linked it to my bank account and made sure everything was verified before I sold some Lindens. I sold them last night and I no longer have a Linden balance or USD credits on SL but the funds still haven't shown up on my Paypal. Why is this and how can I get my money?

I just noticed the windlight clouds have been missing for weeks. How do I get them back? I'm not sure what's causing this problem.
