  1. Edit the box, go to Contents tab and drag and drop from your inventory.
  2. What? Can't say Prada? Anyway... the flesh-colored ones are creepy, the others not so bad.
  3. Click the link in my previous post, download and install, and go to town. ETA: It costs 29 Euros.
  4. As Renegade said, unless you, yourself, created the items you can't back them up using Stored Inventory (previously named Second Inventory). The only inventory you can transfer to another account, unless you created them, are items that have transfer permissions. Period.
  5. You mean convert to Homestead? I don't think so. I believe that you can only convert private regions.
  6. You can be ejected and/or banned from any parcel for any reason or for no reason at all. ETA: On a totally unrelated note, nice Real World pic. But unless your name is Xavier Tournaud, some people may not appreciate your use of his picture.
  7. Bound by contract to provide 24/7 support? What ever gave you that idea? *points up at link labeled "Help"*
  8. Try resetting the scripts in the door. ETA: Open build tools, select door, then go to Tools / Reset scripts in selection. if you're using v2, Reset scripts is under Build in the menu.
  9. @Adams: Landmarks sent to Solange! in Wall and Husky GFX!! in Chinook.
  10. I'll do that, later. Off to work for a bit. Off the top of my head, Solange (?) for silks.
  11. I've found many "medieval costumes" and "silks" for men. "Fairy"? Slap on a pair of wings. Maybe you're not looking in the right places.
  12. Probably not, unless the merchant is really nice and understanding and/or having a good day. It doesn't hurt to ask, though. I accidentally clicked "Discard" instead of "Keep" on the delivery notification for something I bought! Unfortunately, items sent by scripted objects — like Marketplace deliveries — are completely discarded and can't be retrieved from the Trash, unlike items sent manually from another avatar. We're sorry there isn't more advance notice. Contact the merchant, explain what happened, and ask (nicely!) if they can redeliver the item. Often, the merchant will understand and redeliver, especially if it isn't a "no-copy" item.
  13. I hear they all went to Twitter and other Social Media.
  14. Thanks. Good to know. I've never used it (and don't use v2). Been a while since I logged in my TE alts and I always did it the hard way.
  15. BTW, as one of those "Forum Pigs" which is referred to on the "journal" at virtuallyrandomtv.weebly.---, let me just point you to the part(s) of the TOS which do say that you can't use SecondLife or their logo. Not that i want to be helpful... http://secondlife.com/corporate/brand/trademark/ ETA: For anyone who cares, this is just one of the threads that responding to with any criticism, constructive or otherwise, makes one a "Forum Pig."
  16. What do you mean you captured it with your mouse? Selected, and copied, it? You have to save it as a file to a drive and then upload it. You can't just paste it, no.
  17. You don't have to make copies of the program. You just need to launch separate instances using --multiple as a parameter. The easiest way to accomplish what you want is: 1. Make a copy of settings.xml (or settings_phoenix.xml, etc.) and rename it (ex.: settings_Altapalooza.xml). (See http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/User_settings for location, etc.). 2. Create a new shortcut using the --multiple parameter and also add --settings settings_Altapalooza.xml. (ETA: There is more than likely a --settings parameter already in the shortcut, just edit it to reflect the new user settings file.) 3. Launch the viewer using the new shortcut and edit your preferences. 4. Close the viewer. 5. Copy the new shortcut so that you have one for each of the alts that you want to log in. 6. Add this parameter to each --login <firstname> <lastname> <password>, filling in the info for each without the brackets. Don't delete your original shortcut. It will still launch using the preferences you have set for your main. There may be other parameters you want to experiment with. See http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Viewer_parameters ETA: Skip steps 5 and 6 if you don't want to store your PWs in this way. Just makes it easier to log in multiples.
  18. Can't you notify the game owner(s) and ask to be removed from the database?
  19. Hmmm. That, I can't tell you. It only took about 15 minutes for mine to go online after I ordered it, and LL still says it should only take about that amount of time. ----------- Delivery Once your Region purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with details. A new Region is generally delivered within 15 minutes. Occasional service updates may affect that time, so see the Second Life Grid Status Reports page if it's taking longer than expected. (http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Buying-private-Regions/ta-p/700045) ----------- If it's been 3-4 hours as you say, you might want to consider contacting Concierge support.
