  1. This is a known issue right now Refer to this link http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Technical/Frame-load-interrupted-by-policy-change/qaq-p/828785 and here for updates http://status.secondlifegrid.net/2011/04/21/post1276/

  4. Yes. This is me trying to use my 90 user group this morning after 2 Am when things are slower in Sl [02:31] A message you sent to a group chat is still queued for processing. If the message does not appear in the next few minutes, it may have been dropped by the server. [02:31] A message you sent to a group chat is still queued for processing. If the message does not appear in the next few minutes, it may have been dropped by the server. I feel the same pain daily
  5. Have you updated your drivers properly? Could you give us some information about your video card? If you are using a fairly new card, and Second Life is not recognizing it, this link may help you http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Second-Life-Viewer/Improving-GPU-recognition/td-p/819619
  6. Possible the 1800 is going to others in the group set to pay and receive dividends. The other avatar in the group got the other half Do you own a lot of land taking group liabilities for search?? I would double check all my residents roll abilities If the rolls can not explain it. I would contact billing
  7. From http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Linden_Lab_Official:Abandoned_Land_FAQ#Will_Linden_Lab_sell_abandone... (see underlined): Will Linden Lab sell abandoned land directly to me if my claim on it is good enough? This can sometimes be tricky, but there are cases in which a Resident may have a pretty good claim to abandoned land. These can include but aren't necessarily limited to: The land I own borders three sides of an abandoned parcel. The land I own completely encircles an abandoned parcel. There is a parcel of abandoned land directly between my land and another Resident's land, but the other Resident has stated that he has no interest in owning the abandoned parcel. The land must always be less than 512 square meters. Remember that these parameters are only guidelines; each parcel is considered on a case-by-case basis, and the Land Team may not sell the land to you even if you meet some of the claims. In many cases, there's no single Resident who has a very strong claim to a particular abandoned parcel, in which case it goes to auction. Contact LL and tell them you are interested in the land Refer to this link http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Land/How-do-you-get-Abandoned-Land-up-for-Auction/qaq-p/698521 Should be able to get it put up for auction and claim it if you fit the guidlines
  8. Make sure the bed is not somhow locked. If it is locked you can not manipulate its position Right click the bed edit and then chose the object tab uncheck Locked if it is checked Some products have been known to lock them selves after you rez them :smileywink:

  13. Viewer 2.0+ Double click their name in the friends list. It will load a web profile. Then on the right you will see an Actions Button. Click on that, then you will see permissions button. Click on that and change the settings there. You can also do this by logging into HERE But you want to go to their profile on the "my.secondlife.com" profiles pages proper format would be my.secondlife.com/firstname.lastname New Web Profiles are a bit to get used to
  14. Yes it is possible to give you a prim that is named Free Radar (wear me) and it reports back to the person who gave it to you. When you attach it. you have given it permission to report back. ( Not to cause a panic) Just be careful who you accept stuff from. Scripts can also be set into other unsuspecting prims. Like they said above. It is against TOS. but there are some who will try things. Also if you have activated RLV on any third party viewer. You are open for tracking as well,. Like Peeweee says as well. It is easy for somone to know all the places you frequent. They tell their frinds to tell them when you show up. Or Just hops around till they find you
  15. Yes it sucks. .. Constantly get errors. Can not start chat session. Or extremely bad lag. They said they planned on rolling out a new chat platform around the end of March. But never has, Other problems I have with groups is unable to use my big group of 20,000 members. Unable to load all the names. So we can not assign residents to rolls and or remove them from any. We also can not load the names which disables our ability to remove a resident from it if we so desired. We actually have to pay for the groups. but they are broke :smileymad: Would love to see a web based interface for groups someday I wonder if they broke up the group systems into 2 types. Land system groups which are used for land dealings and land interactions The Second Type would be Social groups which would not be land dependant. Make the social groups less depndant on system maping of names for group rolls etc...
  16. Contact the creator of the horse you purchased it from. .They should have a support system in place. . Notecards and info should be in the folder for the horse or at their store. I lost one the same way and they sent me a new one.Just follow their support instructions
  17. Good Luck, I hope they get it sorted
  18. I will test it if you still need somone
  19. Click on the Second Life Logo on upper left side of this page to navagate back to your Dashboard
  20. They Other day they had the reg API system shut down which is what the third party Sites use for their registration process. I would imagine the shud dould could have been the final change over to single name registrations.
  21. They can ban you by your hardware. But Like I posted. If they did not get an email about it. Then they need to submit a ticket or call support. Some have reported that Support has told them there is a bug in the system and they are working on it. It all depends on the situation.
  22. If they have not received an Email I would recomend submitting a ticket and or calling support during Office hours. suposedly there is a bug . But not much talk about it. Just hundreds of banned complaints lately
  23. Hello DarkSatin, When Logged in. Click on ME at the top of your viewer . Scroll Down to "Movement", then chose Stop Animating me If that does not work, open your inventory and click on the worn tab and see if there is an odd attachment you may have accidentally worn Hope this helps
  24. Sounds Like you have done just about everything. Restarted modem and routers? I assume you mean restarting internet means the modem and or router. If Not I recommend doing so. The only other thing I can suggest is maybe manually deleting your cache. Navigating directly to the folder and deleting all contents. Also when logged in. Click On Help / about Phoenix and see how much packet loss there is (scroll down to the bottom). If there is an incredible amount, maybe there is an Issue with your Internet service
