i enter to device manager-dispaly adapters- and a line are opened : intel® graphics media accelerator 500 which program i need to download?

i steel can't open the sl viewer2 i download the storm1000 and without sucssed. i don't understand on computers what is means my video card? how can i know what video card i have?

i have the same problem with the sl viewer2 and i didn't understand what should i do from what chloebaby said

i download the second life viewer and when it is said "intilizing vfs" comes out an eror window that said that my video card driver did not install proparlly or up to date. what can i do? pleas help me
