If thats all it says,,,rez the hud on the ground and drag your animations from inventory to the hud. Then take your hud into inventory and wear it. reload it. Usually you have to edit the notecard with the name of the dance also. But I don't know how your hud works soo. This is probably one of the hardest things to do in SL. You need someone to show you if it doesn't work as planned. Good luck.
