If the sim you're trying to map has a sim surround, I think this can cause the map displayed on your prim to be one colour only. However, if you see something different to the sim as it shows on your SL viewer map display, then it's probably the script...

Thank you very much for your suggestions Amethyst As a side note: Singularuty still is being updated. There are almost nightly aplha builds which have now incorporated Bento. But I do take onboard what you say about showing a UI which is unfamilar to most sl users.

My excuse is that there hasn't been a thread on video making in sl for a while... So, I have a Windows 10 pc with Nvidia 960 GTV card, 8 gb RAM, CPU @ 2.80GHz and use the Singularity viewer. I'd like to try making some short videos in sl play. What free starter software would you suggest for a) filming and b) editing? And do you have any tips for a complete newbie please? I think it's possible to capture the SL UI on video (how do I do that?)... Thank you! Emma :)

What Rolig said . Please do not try RESTORE TO LAST POSITiON with NO COY objects. You will lose them if they can't find their "last" place for some reason. Always place those manually by draggig tem frm our invenory to the floor.

Just changed pc and was using Edge, then installed Opera browser as I read there were issues with using IE.. Opera doing better than Edge, but Quick FIll isn't working for me: - I can find an item in my listings - however, it will not fill my listing form - it remains unchanged. Can anyone help please? Thank you for taking the time to look at my listings . I appreciate your advice very much. The reason I put information into the listing name is that I realise that buyers don't always wish to read the detailed description. So I was trying to give important information (especially land impact for which there isn't a field) in a quick to read form. I can see how this could be regarded at keyword spam and will clean up. Have only tiny shop inworld and on MP. Have had bad sales all summer, and a little worse since "new" MP... I think other products have taken the place of those that used to be good sellers, so it's probable that some merchants are seeing increased sales while others are losing out.

Just wondering if the object to be rezzed has transfer permissions to be rezzed by the next owner...

Hi Ayesha Yes, I have had that happen too. However, in these instances, the receiving party has been offline at the time of the message being sent. I have rebooted everything, and am hoping this will have fixed the problem. Fingers crossed. Thanks for your input though. Emma

I've now had 2 instances where IM's have not been received inworld. I only know they were sent because I had them in my email. Now a friend also did not receuve an IM I sent to them while they were offline. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Any suggestions for resolving this issie? Thanks for reading! Emma :)

Koennten in dem Objekt Linden-Pflanzen sein? Die kann nicht auf allem Land rezzen... aber ich glaube, es gibt besondere Linden-Sandboxen, wo es erlaubt ist.

I think Builders Brewery, a big group in SL, run classes in inventory management. Find them in group search and follow instructions to join. Then search the group notices on the info tab of the group profile for a list of this week's classes. I can really only recommend them. The classes and many many group members are knowledgeable and very helpful with all kinds of issues. My inventory is at 50k but pretty well organised, so I can - usually :; - find things very quickly, Sorting is boring - maybe, but nothing so frustrating as not being able to find that one outfit you just know is there .... somewhere.

Thank you so much arton - that seems to have worked. I did have an issue in that character test didn;t work for me in SIngularity, but I switched to SL Viewer to do it and then back to SIngularity. All seems fine now - and if it happens again, I'll know what to do. Thanks you very much!

I am a Singularity user on a Windows 7 laptop. For the past few weeks, I have had a message box pop up (it's blue on my viewer) whenever I attach something (objects or system stuff like skin, clothes layers). The message is "You can't attach multiple objects to one spot.". It only goes away when I click the ignore button on the message. I haven't changed or updated viewer or laptop. This has only started in the last few weeks. Singularity group tells me its a server-side issue, not viewer related. Is there anything I can do to stop this message popping up all the time?
