  1. Please check your transaction history, if the money went to the right person. https://accounts.secondlife.com/transaction_history. If you paid the right person, make sure you don't have set a filter (Top of the window "Filter Inventory" - the whitish line, Gear icon -> "Reset all Filters"). Try a relog. If that doesn't help and you bought a "copy" object, you should look in the shop for a redelivery terminal. If there is none, look into the shops owner profile how to contact him/her they prefer and ask for a replacement. Sometimes SL, the network and so on has a hiccup. No ones fault. If you need to add more informations, please edit your post (Options top right corner, then Edit).
  2. Marketplace seller can't change your order history (or anything else), if you have such issues, I would guess you have some other serious issues (Ad and or script blocker or some network filters can have funny effects on such cases<- just a possibility). In case a seller don't help you with an issue of not delivered items or refunding the money, you can contact LL via the support system, just open a case and state clearly what your issue is. https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/
  3. Try another region to log in at the login screen or wait. Usually it means that your region is down. Tente outra região para entrar na tela de login ou esperar. Normalmente, isso significa que a sua região é baixo.
  4. Guessing that you're using an AMD graphics card, you should update the driver. http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Graphics-cards/ta-p/700073#Section_.1.5
  5. The default viewer has some support for a 3D Mouse. I'm not aware that there is any 3rd party viewer that supports gaming controllers. To use a 3D mouse you can activate that in the preferences, tab Move&View "Other Devices". But you might want to take a look at the 3rd party viewers yourself: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Third_Party_Viewer_Directory
  6. Was meinst du genau?
  7. Erm? If you have a shop in SL, your sells will be listed in your transaction history. Same for marketplace. But thats not limited to a grocery store But you will not get a list from LL whats sold anywhere in SL... if you meant something else you might need to edit your post and add informations to clarify your question (Your post top right corner-Options-Edit).
  8. Please try here: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_nearby_chat_torn_off If that doesn't help, you might need to delete the settings http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_clearing_settings or perform a clean install http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_clean_reinstall ( which is a last straw or maybe someone else has another idea)
  9. To answer at least the question about a "master" setting. Nope, there is none. In some cases it has helped to change the sim or restarting the sim you are at. There are related issues here in the answers section, try a search (ask your question) with "cannot leave group" or similar. Using the Radegast viewer seems to help managing group issues. You can find the viwer here: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Third_Party_Viewer_Directory
  10. Status is not known for HTTP (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes#1xx_Informational). You can file a ticket here: https://support.secondlife.com/contact-support/ You can see in some cases what the issue is in the SecondLife.log (~/.secondlife/logs/ ) (similar for Firestorm viewer) What Linux do you use? If you use a 64 bit Linux and have no 32 bit support installed, the Sl viewer won't start due to the missing 32 bit libs.
  11. No. You don't need to make a new account if you run into issues like that. The toon is called avatar in SL. A quick fix is to change completely the whole avatar. You can do that if you click "Me" on topbar and then "Choose an Avatar". If you use a 3rd party viewer, you can also open the Library and drag "Boy Next Door" or "Girl Next Door" to your avatar . In most cases that will fix the issue. If not, follow these hints given at this link: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_bake_fail
  12. You can buy everything from Loki, but not his shapes;)
  13. We have a newly made corner at our help island you can start with. Look in my picks inworld for NRS - New Resident Help Island. Try also the term “youthspot“ in search. You can also write me per IM, I will answer as soon as possible! Let me also drop some LM's later. I'm 14 in SL.
  14. Argh. Which viewer? But usualy most viewer have some kind of arrow to put the windows back to where they belong to by default. Maybe you have clicked it by accident. Those arrow point usualy in some corner of the screen, like being rotated by 45 degree. If you have moved it to somewhere outside your SL screen, you can recover it with this help: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/missing_windows Those tips on the Firestorm site apply to most other viewer as well.
  15. Your Nvidia driver seems to be a beta driver. Did you use the "stable" version before with the same result? Did you try a 3rd party viewer? Another question: Could it be you have an Optimus system (what says the Viewer about the used graphics card (In the viewer-Help-About Secondlife, other viewers similar) and the viewer uses the Intel HD instead?
  16. Singerdork, you are writing, you have the same issue at two different posts? Maybe your issue is similar, but has another reason. Please try as suggestet in your post and add any infos you can give, if you have done so. Please don't write in the answers section, since it doesn't help to solver their issue.
  17. A simple "reinstall" will not help. For me it sounds like that some file is broke. Have you tried a "clean install" with deleting all files? If not, read here: http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/How-to-uninstall-and-reinstall-Second-Life/ta-p/1375231 please edit your post, if you need to add some infos. After reading your other posts.. please try as suggestet. Also look at what point the viewer crashes, watch the login bar closely. Also try to use a third party viewer, if the clean install doesn't help.
  18. Do layer clothes show up? If not I would guess that you wear one of those super new starter avies. They have a meshshape that covers all systemlayers.
  19. For Systemclothes (layerclothes or also textureclthes often called): http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Clothing_Tutorials Many mesh creators offer also meshtemplates and there you should also get the UV map for the mesh clothes. As Rolig says, you will get a link to download all you need then.
  20. It can happen, that the download gets damaged. That is pretty rare tho. Maybe you need to check your connection. Just try a new download. You can see about hardware requirements here: https://secondlife.com/my/support/system-requirements . Just use some well know search engine to find out about your hardware and search for "Device manager Windows" or similar;)
  21. Try the 3rd party resellers, if you need to get L$ by phone, but by phone has usualy a worse exchange rate. http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Linden_Lab_Official:Linden_Dollar_%28L$%29_Authorized_Reseller_Program
  22. HOW did you export the shape? Via XML? Then you need the Avastar plugin to read the file and make actually the shape. If you used a 3rd party viewer, you might have saved an .obj (Wavefront) file that you can import to Blender without any plugins/additions to Blender. The Avastar plugin you can get here: http://blog.machinimatrix.org/
  23. ...and if you are non US resident, the VAT might add up to all fees.
  24. Did it diappear all of a sudden to -1 in the viewer? Then try simply a relog and it should be ok. What counts ins the tansaction History, if that is ok, nothing to worry about!
