    I set my preferences, and when I log out and log in next time, my preferences have reset! They will not save. I've tried running as administrator. Uninstalling and reinstalling.. nothing seems to work. --TRIED CALLING THE HELPDESK!! I NEED Help! PLEASE HELP ME?

    I have been a user for 9 years...seems upgrading is becoming more difficult. I have updated my drivers, added memory, done everything possible, tried other viewers to no avail. I need serious help here? Please any help will be appreciated. Thanks. jhadzia

    Why is it that no one has contacted me regarding getting my objects from Niagara Valley? I have called several times on this issue. the sim belonged to Jacquelyne resident.
