Ich habe jetzt von einigen gehoert und gelesen, dass das erneute eingeben der Bezahlinfo geholfen haben soll, dass problem zu loesen. Dieses wurde auch in die skill gaming faq so aufgenommen.

You can find out and copy paste the info about your hardware at "Help"- "About Second Life" - the menu is different, depends on your viewer you are using. If the window is open, you can simply hit the Copy To Clipboard button and paste it to your post. @Flo, I suggest you to open your own question, and not add questions at the answers part. Not really, even you could hide your online status at every single account you have on your friendlist and you can opt out your profile from search and tick the option that only friends and groups know that you are online. That will limit the people who will know that you are online

I would like to add, that an account never gets really removed, since there could be creations of the account inworld. That content might break if the account is really deleted. You can still see the creators name then, but not open the profile anymore.

Look into the link and read it carefully... there is a link to open a case. Quote: If you believe that this is an error, submit a support ticket via the support portal. To help customer support determine what block has been placed and why, include in the ticket your Second Life account name and any Second Life accounts that log in from your location. Those are two different worlds and they have only in comon that they work similar. Both worlds are run by different companies. One is US based and the other UK so far I know. There is nothing to link (not really). When I remember right, you could change your Avinations name into the SL name, but that you need to ask there and not here. In SL is a group, maybe you can ask there too.

If you just wrote down the meaning and not 100% the message you get, try to restart your DSL modem/router first. Lindenhomes are all the same size (the parcel at least), but you can rent some (main)land for sure and pay for it. Hardware skinning affects how the avatar skin and systemclothes get rendered and not the colour about mesh. If you look close to the settings section its under "Avatar Rendering" Even that you can wear mesh as attachments, they won't get rendered by this. They are still like any prim inworld. That it is greyed out means, some of the other settings that are needed for it are not active. Maybe your graphics card is not detected correctly and the viewer set all to low for that reason. The colour is affected by Basic and Atmospheric shaders the most, also Advanced Lightning Model will change it. EDIT: After reading the firestorm wiki, it can somehow affect the rendering sometimes, but thats related to the whole rendering, not for the colour. And also only affect worn mesh. The HOME button or shortcut is used to be able to teleport to the home postion real quick (like you get griefed and want escape in no time). Usually that is set to some of the public Info Hubs on the mainland. As soon you have a home you can set to that spot. No matter if that is a Linden Home or some other land. Some newcomer friendly areas also offer "homespots", but then you need to be a member of the group there.

Changing the date of birth via the support is possible, but it takes a long time and you would need send in some kind of proof to them. Deleting the account should work, no matter how long you have it.
