  1. Its a known bug that has been around for a while now. There are lots of JIRAs relating to the partnering system, you can add your comments to one such as https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-4011

  3. The chat history button in the conversations box isn`t there yet like it was in Phoenix, but it will be added soon. You can go to preferences, Network & Cache tab & open your logs from there in the meantime.
  4. Its supposed to be water but they are solid so its a bit lame. You can change it on your control panel and make it earth, sand, pebbles or grass instead.
  5. If you mean the money for premium membership, you do get most of it back, bit by bit each week as a stipend. If you pay $72 for a year, you get back approx $66.40 (incl bonus) so you only end up paying $5.60 for the year.

  7. I agree with Cinn, there are gadgets that will do what you want. So called Anti-copybotters send a message that requires a response & eject the avartar if they don`t get one, so that would work too.

Go to your Account History on your dashboard, where you will see all your US$ transactions, if you have a credit balance it just means that your money has been credited to your account as US$ & not changed into L$, so you can just buy L$ again & the credit will be used to pay for them. https://secondlife.com/my/lindex/buy.php?
  10. @ Charlotte, click one of the bottom images on the panel on your profile page to get into the album in edit mode & then scroll the pictures to find the one Valerie is talking about. You will find you get the error when you try to click that particular picture. You can report it to Lexie in a PM and if you are lucky like me, she may be able to delete it for you.
  11. Try logging in to a different start location & also try using a different viewer to see if you get the same error. Strange characters in a group tag can cause that error, but as you get the same message with an alt I assume thats not the case here.
  12. The different email address won`t make a difference, but some people have had problems with the verification not being recognised.   13. Are you using dual monitors? SL has to be on the primary one or you will experience things such as a black or invisible avatar.
  14. The security question should just be one of 3 options for resettting your password. You can answer one of the other 2 instead.

  17. Do a complete clean reainstall. Uninstal first using add/remove programs & then delete the 2 folders called Second Life in your App Data.... C: - Users - (USER NAME) - AppData - Roaming - SecondLife and Local - SecondLife Then restart your computer & try again to download. NOTE: You may need to go to Windows Tools > Folder Options > View & enable Show Hidden Files/Folders, in order to see AppData folder.
  18. You could just as easily take a pic yourself in the outfit if you want one.
  19. Your banner shows on your store to me. If you cannot see it I would suggest cleaing your browser cache & cookies or looking on a different browser.
  20. Why do you need to make the object full perms? Frome what you describe you could make the object mody/copy and put the full perms texture in the contents, so that the buyer can download it and customise it if they want to, but they can never sell or give away the object.

  23. @ Dakota, Assuming that the box wasn't`s sync'd/there was no item/it was unavailbale/the box was empty/the grid crashed/box bandits stole the box or any other box condition caused the delivery to fail, can you please explain the original question as to why the order shows as delivered on one page and failed on the other? If that was a bug, have you found the cause & has it been fixed please?
  24. LL should give you access to Unpackistan when they deal with your ticket Kari & you will be able to rezz it there and take back all your objects one by one. I agree about people making simple things difficult, returning stuff using about land should be an absolute last resort, it causes so many problems for people, not least of which is losing their stuff altogether. /me waves @ Valerie...Congrats on your red bowling pin!!
