It is 2 big inworld sales - Addams and Scandalize. (Addams whole month, Scandalize flash sale on outlet items). I am staying away. I do not want to stock up on fatpacks without the small chest option. I can take a look at Addams clothes below the waist and their accessories though.

Yes, when I see myself in high heels I want to edit my legs shorter. They are long, but not that long as they look. So in flat shoes, the legs look too short.

What should be is often not how the law works.... I agree totally with you, but the law in USA and DMCA law sounds like a total F*** up for an innocent original creator. It is like the DMCA filer is always right. My impression. I cheer on Genus, so I am biased.

If you use Firestorm viewer, there is an option to select copy items only. When your bulk has rezzed, you can draw around parts of the bulk and delete. The no copy items are left. This makes it a bit more manageable. I do this when I leave a place. I do not have thousands of prims, but it has worked splendid for me. It can take time to hunt the few no copy items I have, I have forgot what they are and where they are. I do not remember where you tick this, I think it is under Build or under World.

That is not how it works. Genus or any other store that has a DMCA filed against them, must file a DMCA counter notice. The service provider (Linden Lab) informs the one that filed the DMCA that Genus is opposing their claim. If this person does not reply in (x days) the content is set up again. (I do not remember how long time it is) I believe this is what happened here. Genus filed a counter notice, the person keep quiet, Linden Lab let Genus set up their products again. The same person, a friend of his/her or an alt files a new DMCA. Genus has to start over with a DMCA counter notice, and apparently the malicious person or persons can go on with this, until Genus drags them to court. To do so, Genus need LL to give them the person or persons real life identity. I think this is hard to obtain. I do know that LL does not give that out easy. But I am not a lawyer. The ONLY thing I am sure about, is that Genus could not set out their products again, unless they countered the DMCA.

The Lake head is really growing on me, I find that I don't need makeup. The heavy makeup look was a thing I did when I had the ugly default head. It was the same with jewelry. I had a stack of bangles on both hands to hide the wrists.

Yes if you have a new Lara body, and want to use appliers, you have to add a layer. Read here: https://sl-maitreya.blogspot.com/p/layers-page.htm This was done so the Lara bodies should have less load, because we were having a body with 3 onion layers over that was like three copies plus the original, if we used them or not. Now we go only with a body, and add layers when we need them. I must admit I never added the layers to see how it is done, I have stopped using appliers totally. I use only BoM now. If that link does not help you, is it an inworld group like Maitreya Lara friends or something? It is usually someone ready to help all the time.

Still, I doubt they earn something back from it. It may be obsessive behavior, but it is not illegal to pay for several premiums. If people pay for a whole region, few see that as strange. It is money paid to LL... just a different way to pay.

Just to say something more light, some of you may remember I had an alt parked in a certain region that I would try to get a house in? This was a while ago. One thing: The Linden home does not count against your land impact. You have all 351 to play with. When you buy mainland, you must start to see at the land impact for the house you want to place there. Because there, if you place out a 100 Li house, you are left with only 251 Li to decorate with. I would say, abandon your home and hop around for a while. It has been some really nice abandoned houses lately. Try different kinds.

Easy to derail a thread. I swore I should not derail it further... and yet here I am. If you put my premiums in a region, it would look pretty good. Luckily they are spread in different regions. As I understand it, we are talking about more that 4 homes. Over ten, maybe more? It has to be at least ten to take all coastal in several regions. But it is not possible to earn money of this. I mean, how do you advertise? It is illegal to rent out. I know about using the group as a possibility, but come on. The first time you get in a dispute with a renter, they go to LL and spill. And this is not another petty resident/resident dispute, but a glaring break of the covenant. LL can see every payment, and the movement of people too, I am sure. Someone pay to join a group, and LL can follow their TP history and where they put down objects. It is a very risky business to run, and how can anyone take enough rent so it pays for Premium? Come on... it isn't possible to earn money of it. My bet: Someone does this house collecting as a replacement because their holiday is cancelled, and they have nothing better to do. They also have money to spend, because they are not going to spend it in Ibiza or wheresoever they should go.

The mouth on Evolution does not look good with any other makeups/skins than made for Evolution. You can find something that works for you - YMMV. Makeups for eyes is another thing. I find that I can use a lot of eyemakeup. But I find out that I do not like the old makeup anymore. This is not only on Evolution. I saw this on Simone head too. Makeup that is a few years old have eyeliner. Often lots of eyeliner. On the waterline, and inner corners, the black eyeliner is drawn out so it almost meet the nose. Yes, I have invested in a eyeliner cover from Izzie's. Sometimes it works well. Sometimes the eyeliner is so exaggerated that even the cover layer can't hide it. So I find it better to buy new, subtle and more sophisticated makeup. I used a lot of hard makeup when we had the default avatar. The better and more realistic the new heads look, the more delicate and "natural" makeup will I use.

Have you tried to change to the male/female test avatar? If you are on the default viewer, that is Develop (Ctrl-Alt-Q if not visible)->Avatar->Character Tests->Female/Male Test if you use the default viewer. Go to an empty region first, so you have nothing more to load then yourself.

Are those really made by LL? I mean the decorative blocks and hedges. I would remember those if I had seen them. I have only seen what looks to be a low concrete wall or metal safety fence. Is the land rented? I would say that the landlord has placed those out with an anchor prim somewhere.

I do not know Normie, but that your body is showing is solved by adding alpha layers. Add them, do not wear them. The Slink folder should come with alpha layers, and if you add one of the many alpha layers for pants, this hides your legs. It is some groups inworld you can search for. Use Utilizator as search word and looks for groups like Utilizator friends, Utilizator customers, and others. I believe you get help faster if you ask in a group. The store should usually have a "group joiner" board somewhere.

Your viewer has loaded the max amount of textures it can hold. Then it start to unload one to load another, then go back. This causes them to blur. I am sure other textures around you blur too. You have too many textures around you and your computer can not hold them all the same time. The first thing you can do, is detach any HUD if you are wearing one. Catwa, Belleza, dancehud, every HUD you do not use now. You can go to an empty region like Cyclops or Aich. If your tattoo get sharp and normal looking there, the problem is that there are too many textures around you where you were before. You will need to increase texture memory.
