I *may* have exaggerated the 2 degrees. I have no real sense of things like that. I only know when something is off. One thing I've learned, though, in this thread, is that I've found my people... lol. We should all inspect each other's homes to make sure everything is in perfect alignment for each other. Is there a Bellisseria Home Inspection group yet?? Since it is a problem for lots of people, I will open a ticket but emphasize that it's extremely low priority.

I'm sorry, but seriously?? SERIOUSLY?? That is a HUGE and terribly offensive assumption. I have stuffed animals around my house, both SL and RL, and I can assure you that anything involving sexual abuse of children repulses me to my core. I work with children who are victims of unimaginably horrid acts of violence. How dare you? Being a sex positive adult and having a teddy bear are completely unrelated. YOU are the one who jumped right to the assumption that it had some nefarious and disgusting meaning. That says more about what's in your head that theirs. And that line about people on the forums being okay with child porn?? You owe every single person that reads these forums an apology. What a horrible thing to say.

Because it's time that they could be spending getting homes ready for others and I'd honestly rather them do that than have to go through whatever process a Mole or Linden has to go through to be assigned a ticket, resolve it, then update it with their notes, and finally close the ticket. I can wait. i was just really curious if it was just my place or all of them.

Maybe. We'll see. I'll at least wait until the next batch or two of homes is out and most people who are dying for a home have got one before I distract them with something as small as this.

I professed my life in my review of the item. It's seriously a game changer, even though I hate using the prims on it. My boat looks so light and airy now, though!!

Yes, I know that is a loaded question, but is anyone else's home just slightly off when it comes to angles? My boat is like 2 degrees off and it drives me nuts trying to line things up because I am just that ***** about having things perfectly in line. Wondering if it's just mine or if all the houses and boats are just dropped in all willy-nilly in regards to the grids?

Since I started that first thread, I'm perfectly fine with them being merged to consolidate things. Do I need to send something to someone to officially request it?

No, they know it isn't a single issue... he said they'd be rolling out another fix sometime soon and trying to figure out why the original fix didn't fix all the boats. Unfortunately, that won't fix the icky navy, though.

I have decided that for the time being, I'm going to try to make it work. I'm going full on... something. Either tacky as heck or Indian-themed because I love the bright jewel tones. I made my walls (well, the ones that I could) that bright Lagoon blue/green and am just going to fill the place with color. It'll either be really lovely or a complete assault on the eyes. It could go both ways, really. Edit: Also, I'm an idiot. I rezzed the other boats to see if I could bring myself to switch, then went back to the Windlass... and, yeah, the script error is back. I'm just gonna live with it. I cannot ask Quartz to come back again.

It was an innocuous post. It's funny to see people sitting on an empty stoop like they're going to stake a claim on the plot. Lighten up a little bit. No one was casting aspersions on your character. You choose to take offense when no one was being offensive. Blessings!

Just an FYI... when Quartz says he'll come take a look, he actually means it so it's probably best to put on some clothes. I AM SO SORRY, QUARTZ! I wasn't entirely nekkie but too close for anyone's comfort, I think. My face IRL was BRIGHT RED and that may be a first for me. I had a couple friends hanging out with me and actually said "I should get dressed" followed by "Nah, it's late... he won't come by tonight..." and then BOOM, there he was. I was mortified! He very kindly removed the rogue script from my walls and confirmed that the navy has something to do with the mesh, which is completely beyond my understanding as I clearly can't even figure out how to put on clothes. So... stuck with navy for now. I need one of the amazing creators of the amazing add-ons to make one that covers the navy walls! Thanks again, Quartz!

That sounds like Fergus... Fergum... Fer-something. I think the anti-sex group is a joke maybe? When I saw it, I actually joined it for a few days to see what was up, but there was no group activity so... shrugs

The fix didn't fix it. I derezzed my boat, rezzed another... waited, derezzed it... waited... rezzed a different model of boat... waited, derezzed, rerezzed the Windlass... nope, still getting the text message. Also, I believe we were asked to submit tickets and open a JIRA. If they can't change it, they can't change it... but I don't believe for a second that they can't at least change it to some other color than freaking navy. Regardless, as Elora says, it never hurts to ask. And once they release more boats and more people see the same issue, and it absolutely is an issue, the more LL will be bothered by people opening tickets, forum threads, JIRAs, and hunting Moles and Lindens inworld. Perhaps they'd like to deal with this sooner than later? But that's just my take on it.

Completely agree. Living on Bellisseria has broken me out of only living one way in SL... it's opened a lot of doors and just made things so much fun! I rarely leave Bellisseria anymore except to shop!

Mainly because I shouldn't have to... I have no idea what the logic is behind making several navy walls that can't be changed because that isn't how any of the other houses work. Also, those particular walls are oddly shaped and for those of us not that talented in making walls of odd sizes, mine would look terrible. Also, I don't want to waste a single prim on something that should be a feature of the house, just like every other house. Not to mention, clicking on any wall in my house brings up some funky text they forgot to remove.

I've never looked at the JIRAs before... to offer my hearty support, do I just need to add a comment?
