I have seen some "street urchin" avatars that were pretty interesting, and well played, it's just *most* of them with the bad baby-talk and penchant for riding the lines of ***** restrictions that are creepy. The orphan pickpocket living in the slums? We could do with *more* of those as the people behind them tend to actually understand the concept of RP instead of "Barbie with a Character Sheet."

Well, I don't have any moderate or restricted content, though the "Hey Flickr" image I posted flipping off the camera might be flagged XD I've actually seen quite a few Pro accounts linking to other places over the last day, I think they're not only going to be losing free accounts, and with how horrible their pricing model is (It works for SmugMug, but that's a different type of service, most people are fully in free tier levels of quality on Flickr) I very much doubt many people will be upgrading because of this.

Yeah, my favorite hair comes from Mina, but *almost* all of them that aren't pulled back or swept up hang far enough off of me I could smuggle puppies under my hair. I've mostly just given up getting any hair that falls to the front and stick to either short styles or long hair that lies *completely* behind my shoulders. The one in the profile photo here is "Rachel" from Mina, the others in that line (Aquasense, the ones that get wet when you enter water) come nowhere near fitting me, but this one is completely tucked back behind so it never has a change to float *at least* six inches above my body.

I use RLV folders with links in them for outfit pieces and every pair of shoes contains a Maitreya foot position script to change to the one that matches those shoes. I only wish I could figure out a way to return to flat when I take them off so if the next outfit has no shoes I won't be walking on tiptoes without cycling through a "naked" body, putting a flat script into everything that doesn't have another, or using lingerie as a transition.

Something else to note about DeviantArt... They are absolute morons on how they handle "acceptable" email providers. Don't use a corporate owned privacy invading ad-spewing spam magnet "free" service? Oops, too bad, we don't support this provider. Try another. Umm... No, thanks. I'm not making a GMail account just to sign up with *your* service.

Yeah, that last one looks human, at least. I do SML, so I see a lot of the "bodybuilder" avatars, and while I have my "amazon warrior" who is heavily muscled in a realistic manner she's pretty much the runt of the "muscle" bodies. I go more for the Chen Wei Ling type, though that's as a woman, but I don't see an appeal to the men who focus on size rather than achieving something. Anyone in SL can grab a slider and crank it up to 110 after spending 4k L$ on a lumpy body, but you need patience and dedication to actually raise the scripted strength in the "fitness" systems. It is funny for the 5'4" Maitreya Petite avatar to step up and outlift a eight foot tall 2X XG body that often can't even sit on "power" equipment

A good thing about Sana, which is the skin I am wearing, it has a perfect match for Glam Affair body skins that come with a Petite version and save some Izzie's layers correcting things made for Lara.

I respond, unless it's a "hru babygirl wyd?" If they can't be bothered to spell out such short words I can't be bothered to answer them. Not a "mesh snob" either, despite having an avatar that ticks all the boxes for being "modern" and "high end" myself, so I talk to noobs the same as I do models. I am a little discriminatory toward blank profiles, though.

I know it's the second largest city in the country, and has a ton of things to do and see, but I can't hear "Busan" without thinking zombies.

Is there a way to derender and blacklist everything rezzed by specific avatars? We need like a lazy land-flipper list so people can just add the names on it and remain blissfully unaware of their poor taste.

Well, we just got a hideous rotating sign across the road saying "for sale" on a parcel that was abandoned after *months* of *not* selling at 1500 L$ for a 1120. Now this idiot grabs it and marks it at 13,999 L$ when even the "[redacted] Property Rentals" space up the road that is a 4096 costs less than that and they're not able to sell anything in Satori due to a complete lack of ability to determine the value of land before putting a "for sale" sign on it. I have to wonder if these people just try to make the ugliest most obnoxious thing possible in hopes people will buy it at ten times the price everyone already refused to pay just to get their idiocy out of the area...

Yeah, the new swallow ears actually have a BoM layer from the skin maker in addition to the packs at swallow for "popular skin tones," but I really like the GothLoli and Rox ears which are older ones. They have a color HUD, but it has a list of specific skin makers, and I'm using Violetta which seems to be a match for Glam Affair with how perfectly the neck lines up with my body skin neither of which are listed in the 99 L$ HUD (which is pretty cheap, if it works, but not having my tones listed means I'd need to sift through others and cross my fingers one of the "major" ones matches my tone) to change your ear colors.

Sold off a bit of the old Mused and DFS stuff, went and bought the skin I had been eyeing, still need some small details like highlight fixes and some makeup but I'm a lot closer to looking like I want now.

Yeah, we all have mostly the same general bodies, though the accent layers and imperfections some of us add give them character most seem to neglect in favor of boobs they could float away with or (sometimes and) a third leg they don't know how to tuck into their trousers.

I have a M area, with all PG stuff in it, and you still get a random guy who decides to cam in and sit through your walls on your furniture then get huffy because it's all single sits with a few cuddles instead of sex stuff. Actually met a neighbor that way, cammed after him when I kicked the guy, and he teleported to her in a skybox at the edge of the next region over. Sent her an IM asking if he was her guest and just found the wrong building, or if that was as completely random for her.

They do work on mainland, but estates tend to be flatter most of the time, my parcel is under 4k and it is set on a hill so it would take a custom bit of mesh landscaping (or one you sink into the ground, but that would likely be a big cliff up front at the lower side of the land) to cover it well.

The most annoying part of Mainland living... That Minecraft grass XD In a private region you can change the ground texture, on mainland you can't, which is sad since the Skye stuff comes with a grass texture that matches the Zen Garden and Enchanted Woods sets so they can blend together well without that golf course look shining through.
