Do you need to vent about things COVID-19?

I really don't need the musings of a self professed government subsidized shut in, but thank you just the same. -

Judging from the reactions to this post I guess COVID deaths are funny to some. The world ghoul comes to mind. -

The Biden* administration's magic wand appears to not be working, people still dying at alarming rate from COVID-19. https://www.marke*****ch.com/story/j-js-covid-19-vaccine-candidate-sparks-hopes-for-faster-recovery-just-as-daily-deaths-spike-above-5-000-in-the-u-s-11612544249 -
Today it's people who drag their real life problems to SL and lay them at my feet. I don't do that and I don't appreciate it when it's done to me. I'm not here as a bandaid or a therapist. Everyone has problems yes, but I leave mine at the login window.

This thread seems to be finding its natural end by the looks of things...... -

If they can't track the card to a name (you, in this case) they will likely not accept the payment form as Alwin said. Prepaid cards do work but only ones that are verified with your RL information and they can function as checking accounts too. I use one of these cards for buying Lindens and I have had no issues over the years with it.

In either case, I have decided I will not take the vaccine and instead keep using social distancing clean hands and of course masking. -

Second Live 2.0 in Unreal engine

I am really not sure what your issue is. I have far less high end hardware, i5-9400 and a GTX 1650 Super 4gb, 16 gb of ram +an nvme drive. The only different thing is that I use a very low draw, 88m and 50k complexity for all avatars. I also let the GPU handle the anti aliasing and its cranked to max. I said in another post, I get 100fps or better on empty sims and about 40 or so on busier ones. So I am guessing it's either system configuration or your internet connection, but I am not sure on either. -

Most things I've seen about that claim that the current vaccine more than likely offers no protection against most of the new strains. This is the reason I was hesitant about a vaccine in the first place. -

I run SL at Ultra settings same as the OP but with a much lower draw distance and max avatar complexity . I average 100+ fps on empty sims and around 40 on busy ones. I'm not sure where you're getting that from, unless it's just your opinion. -

Why is it any of your business in the first place? Honest question. -

You seem to have a very top end pc, but that draw distance is going to be an issue I would think. Have you tried lowering it? -

It looks like a place I have been to but I cannot think of the name of the place for the life of me.

Agree with what was stated earlier about it sounding good. It will eventually be used for abuse, no doubt in my mind.
