    You completely missed the point. There is nothing to forgive! It is not your decision/choice. People are free to turn off any and all bells and whistles on their account(s) as they please for any or no reason at all. What you want is not relevant, nor should it be. Right back at you.

    Hearing loss is not something to be forgiven for as if someone has deliberately caused their hearing loss. That's like saying "I forgive you for contracting Covid" or "I forgive you for being blind" or "I forgive you for having cancer". Heaven help the poor soul that has to go afk for a few minutes to use the bathroom and doesn't hear the sound. "I forgive you for having to take care of bodily functions." It is as ridiculous as it sounds.

    There is, it's 5 per household (unless they changed it which I doubt). However, if you dig a little further you discover they don't enforce it unless someone is abusing the privilege of having more than 5 alts.

    Peeve: Not getting to answer someone's question because the thread got closed a little too soon. @BilliJo Aldrin There has never been anything to stop someone from logging in alts and liking their own posts, so it doesn't matter.

    They all do. Likes get the most "points" while thanks, laugh and confused are less. The other 3 are not necessarily in that order but the laugh and confused give the least.

    RL age in SL is even less important when you are NOT in SL to attract guys (or gals or whatever). In my own experiences, those who find out my RL age tend to run away and never be seen again, as if age is some kind of contagious disease. Yet, my best friend for many years in SL was more than 20 years my junior. We had a blast, like a couple of kids. I literally watched her grow up and get married in RL. I miss her every day and all the fun we had but I know she is living her best life and I do have the memories.

    After Ed left, the support group went downhill. They became tyrants. No, just Jodi. 🤭 I haven't needed any help in years, so I don't know who is left of the original team, if anyone.

    They've always been a bunch of prima donnas. It's why I quit the group more than a decade ago. They'll even do that to the devs and support staff. That wasn't how I wanted to treat people.

    Most people in SL that want to keep SL and RL separate (not meeting in RL etc.) are quite successful at keeping it that way. Those that don't either accept they didn't quite keep it that way or they leave SL. I have to wonder why you seem to have such a problem doing the same.

    Neither domesticated dog breeds nor wolves in the wild reach full growth until they are 2 years old in human terms. A 2-year-old dog is an adolescent. It sounds contradictory but in reality, it isn't. The physical age is 2, the "mental" age is of a teen. I'm the same age in RL and SL. My main account's age is ancient in SL terms. My avatar's ages are much younger. My what a conundrum.

    Over the years I've noticed that it's usually the ones who scream "you/they are trying to silence me" the loudest are usually involved in the most grief.

    NameWatch finally died a couple of years ago. I tried to access it not long ago and it wouldn't load.

    If you don't live close enough to a body of water/river/stream, I highly recommend one of the larger kiddie pools under whatever shade is available or even one of the silver tarps that completely block sunlight. The inflatables are easier to store.

    I hope, for your sake (and yours) that you live somewhere it's not real cold in winter. Unless you live in the southern hemisphere. It's summer there so you can always go jump in a lake. 🤭
