  1. I've a solution for this! Kudos to anyone who remembers this show.
  2. I've been exploring the waterways again, and I found this fantastic spot I still find myself in awe of the work the moles have put into the landscaping, it is gorgeous. The river is a little tight for a houseboat, but I decided to throw caution to the wind and see where it would take me. I even found a little island, I have dubbed tree island I decided to take a little rest by it. Fantastic work mole people
  3. I just sailed by your home, it looks amazing!
  4. I've posted way too much in the other thread I created a little patio for my home. And a shot from the air, I love this parcel as I'm surrounded by trees. The only problem, is it is hard to find a good angle to take a snapshot from.
  5. Thanks Marianne, all of you really make it work though and your yards flow so nicely. I was really considering a greenhouse shed, but my pool needed a little shed, plus I can make it into a spare room later on. Two more pictures because I love sharing them, I think I'm just about done with landscaping I might add some more plants later on, perhaps some ivy hanging off of the wall as well. I modified the shed one more time, because I wanted the door to be off on one side. I'll probably replace the windows later on too I took out the grass, because it was too unwieldy and it also took a lot of my LI, I might add some later on. Here is from the street view, it is mostly hidden by trees and the shed I have a bunch of bushes in my front yard, so it is nearly invisible. Total LI of home furnishings and yard is 194 I have it all set on a rezzer, so that when I bring out my skybox, my yard vanishes and vice versa, having my yard is at the expense of any skybox. I'm looking forward to the holidays now.
  6. Thank you, I love working with prims, doing all of my building in world really inspires me to keep going. That is the problem with working with mesh for me, if I can't see it in world, and tweak it in world, I start to lose interest
  7. What do you all think, should I keep my former garage in here as a shed? I'm kind of iffy on it right now, I will add doors to the front. I don't want my yard to look too cluttered and I don't want to annoy my neighbors. I'm keeping the fence for sure, I like it. Anyway it is all set up on a rezzer, so it is not permanent. Start posting more pictures!! I need my fix SL forums Edit: I've put in some tulips, grass, planters, added the door, put in a little step, picked the right color for the shed, and this is the final result
  8. Today, I made a pool for my yard 15 LI, not include the chairs table and BBQ.. It is a bit high, but made of prims. I really need to devote a bit of time learning how to make mesh stuffs.
  9. Just make sure you don't miss out on your opportunity for when the new homes become available They are amazing homes though, I'm leaving my alt in the Tahoe until much later on, I really do like it that much. I hope one of the newer models of homes they make for us later, is based on the Aframe design, and completely open for us to design as we so desire.
  10. They do give you a texture pack, and it is a great one too they even include a few mesh items I used the traditional house siding as my floor and ceiling Outside, on my patio I used the brick and cement texture to form a wall and I splurged a little and used their hedge. Edit: Forgot to mention, that yes the Tahoe textures were used for the house, even the doors
  11. Thank you, the house is based off of the original Tahoe home which I fell in love with on my alt. I'm surprised with how much room I was left with, even after shrinking it down. I just placed the original one I recreated on top of mine, it is huge!
  12. That was what I was hoping for, but I think they had already been named and I just didn't notice it until earlier. It would have been hilarious if I did make it into Willow Heights, I wonder if the fellow residents would be okay with me calling myself supreme leader Willow?
  13. Thank you They are really easy to make, and have a lot of room to play around with too.
  14. I might be flaking out here, but I do not recall these waters having names. Is this new, or have I just not been paying attention?
  15. In my Lindenish home, above my linden home, I've put up a few pictures, moved and added furniture, trimmed some of my LI, and lounged around a bit. I've always a need to put my Kittycat on display. Hanging out in my bedroom, the ceilings are very high in here. My living room Now I have to add pictures to my kitchen, dining room, and posters to my game room in the basement.
  16. I was going to pay my respects last night, but was so exhausted and had a long bucket list of things to do Still I got a quick snapshot of the grave site I hope ??? ❤ ??? is in a better place now, although I find that hard to imagine, considering how beautiful a place they were in already
  17. Yep, I could probably spawn a few lower LI skyboxes but my Tahoe home with all of the furnishings is 207 LI. I also furnished my Linden home below, which with my kittycats, their toys plus the teleporter and safe platform. is 76 LI. The other one with a Tower on the floating island is 173 LI without being furnished yet, I'm trying to keep my total LI at less than 300 so I can rez vehicles, so I'm not even sure how I am going to furnish the tower island yet - perhaps yet another rezzer, in the rezzer 😁that way I can just furnish the rooms that I want to use. I'm not even sure if that is possible.
  18. It really is a great product, I added a cylinder shaped prim, and added the AT Swimmer script to that prim so I could swim in the water.
  19. My alt lives in the original one, and I had already put in a second floor for it, with a couple of added rooms, I had also modified the windows on both sides, then saved my modifications as a backup. Later, I used my backup as a guideline to recreate the whole building. It doesn't doesn't quite match up to the original, it comes pretty close though. After that, I rescaled the entire building for my smaller avatar. All of the textures were provided for free, by Linden so I matched my original home
  20. Yep, it is called "Ekedo's Micro Island in the Sky " and it is a steal at $5L https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Ekedos-Micro-Island-in-the-Sky-NOW-5L/5959102 I had to resize it for my petite, because it was designed for micro avatars, doing so kept it at 43 LI though.
  21. These are my skyboxes so far This was my first one I created, it was the first building I have created and lived in Below is my Tahoe home, I love this one the most of all. I created a basement for it, complete with functional arcade cabinets Now it has three floors of livable space, and has been mostly furnished. Below is an extra picture I added, to show the difference between my petite and a regular sized avatar. This is in my Tahoe based home, on the second floor, I save a ton of space being smaller, it really makes a big difference. You'll probably have to squint a little to see me, I make it up to around the knee on the regular sized avatar My private beach, I bought this from the marketplace, I haven't done much to it other than add waves, a few sitting spots, ocean sounds, and a rock path climbing up to it. This is a really simple one, I made no modifications to it, it is simply a forest I purchased a while ago. Here is my little urban skybox, I usually shoot zombies in this one. Hobo apartments works perfectly, I just changed the physics to bring down the land impact. I'll modify it again later, to make it smaller for my petite avatar once I do that I can probably fit another building in here. This is the latest one I've been working on, all of it was bought from the marketplace. I just added the base prim, with AT swimmer so I can swim around underneath None of this is furnished yet.
  22. While out exploring I found a nice little rest area, near the edge of the world Instead of leaving just a sign, one mole was considerate enough to spruce up the area with a bench, some flowers, butterflies, and a tree I was surprised to see this here, and wonder what the story behind it is.
  23. Very beautiful, you did a wonderful job I made sure I did not open the door that had a little display in front of it, "do not open" I was really tempted to though
  24. I'm not sure who runs the Yavascript tours, but I do enjoy using their pods from time to time while I am multitasking or just am interested in a tour. I'm not sure if it is even possible for them to set up shop, so perhaps a horse and buggy, cab, bus, boat, or anything, that one can ride for a guided tour through the neighborhoods - once they have all been completed.
  25. I think you're on to something, it would look great there Edit: I originally rotated the pasted image, when it is set right side up it fits pretty well with the original land. I think I remember someone mentioning something about this island being called a pickle. I wonder if this one completely slipped my attention, and that was the known intent all along.
