A lot of people like to toss the word Troll around here in the forums as if its some insult that will magically crush said troll into running away from the forums. Or that using said insult will magically make them change their ways. You learn to ignore it and their opinion over time and stop caring about any validation for your opinion from said people. Which totally takes the thunder out of their clouds and turns their lighting into just a flickering light bulb. Which they cannot handle or deal with. I am often controversial myself and certain people on these forums cannot tolerate it. It just goes to show how much of a 'Karen' they really are.

its a waste of time and energy to strive for the un-attainable. its better to work on what can be achieved then what cannot be. but go right ahead and waste your time and energy on something that will never exist in the world. false hope is useless and a waste of life. true equality is not possible for as long as there is differences in opinion and there always will be between the genders. as long as humans have free will there will be no equality ever. equality cannot be forced. you cannot make others care or believe your beliefs on what is fair or not. as long as rules exist and laws exist and society exists, there will be gender discrimination, its built in to the human brain and cannot be removed or stopped or changed. at the end of the day no one has to care if anyone else thinks anything is unfair. they will still continue to do what they do no matter how much they are complained too or at by anyone. short of females taking over the entire world(not going to happen)and forcing men to bow to their will until the men then scream unfair.. equality between genders it just a fantasy. there will always be one side or the other oppressing the other because they can or want too. as long as the human body is sexualized by either gender there is no equality and cannot exist. and yes even women sexualize other women or men. so its not just men that are the problem. as long as their is objectification of either gender it will never exist.. which means for as long as there are misogynistic males or females it will never be.

wrong.. for that makes it about one color more than another and that is not what it should be about.. it never should have been about one color ever. it should have been about social injustice by the police and how the system is corrupt and needs to be re-done. Not about how one color is being oppressed seemingly more than any other color.

trying to make it about one ethic group is a slap in the face to everyone else which is why a lot of people dont like the whole 'black lives matter' approach. all lives matter.. period.. doesnt matter color or ethnic background.

I think I will be controversial yet again and go with 'all lives matter' or simply 'life matters' to make it about one color of skin or ethic background over any other is a slap in the face of every other color of skin and ethic background. what happened was yes not acceptable but to focus on one skin color is just as unacceptable police and law enforcement of all branches of all colors need a serious policy overhaul on what they are allowed to do and what punishments/consequences they may face if they break policy and what may happen to anyone that witness it and does nothing to stop it. all the protests and riots should not be based upon one color and what happened but our broken justice and law enforcement system over all. we are not black, or white, or yellow.. we are human. we are not separate races but one race the 'human race'. I find it sad that because it was some people of color that the uprising began when yet if anyone of any other color or ethnic background was treated similarly its basically ignored. what about if a black cop shoots a white person unjustly. it does happen.. what about if a black cop treads on a mexicans and latino americans rights.. it does happen. yet the uprising from it is seldom ever shown or made a major media event. it is this which is why some people say 'all lives matter' and dont just support 'black lives matter'.. either support all equally or none at all or your part of the problem. there is no side.. there is no one color of skin that is more important or deserving of any special treatment because of past events. and now for another controversial part.. blacks need to get over the slavery issues of the past and let it go. they hold themselves back when they dont..

100% equality between both genders will never happen as long as there is misogynistic people in the world male or female. So short of rounding them all up and executing them it will never happen. Even then it wont happen for there will be someone who still will see it as morally or ethically objectionable for one reason or another and not care if others agree with them or not. So lets get rid of morals and ethics and standard and values now.. well someone religious may still become offended.. so lets get rid of all religions at that point. someone spiritual or non may get offended lets get rid of them too then. Short of abolishing all laws and turning the world loose against itself and dog eat dog and cat eat cat its not going to happen. even then it wont happen. equality between the genders is an idealistic view that cannot exist not even in a Utopian society. unless everyone is brainwashed and mind controlled and genetically modified to think and behave and act in only one way.

actually you might be surprised that some people might have actually liked this in their community. not everyone is how you think they are.

scapegoating happens a lot on these forums by the major forumites. its easy to point a finger at someone else and say they are to sole source of the problem then accept their own possible accountability for it as well. lets all pass the buck ya know.

non-important player character.. aka nobody important to them and how they feel or think. someone of no value to them at any level. a few may have friends or those they call Friends, but are they really friends or just some half-friend that will leave them at a moments notice if things get too rough for them to handle.

get hurt or betrayed enough and you will. its how the body and mind adapts to survive at that point in time. a lot of people here have already shown they dont really care what their actions or words make others feel, but they expect others to care what their actions makes them feel. aka 'i want my cake and ice cream how I want and im not sharing it' if you poke me I will cry foul.

thing about respect its useless for the most part, unless you really care what that other person thinks or feels or likes or doesnt. and if you are just two strangers on the internet with little desire to be friends you not going to care. that is why hot emotions happens, one gets hurt because another didn't care what they said or how it would affect them. which a lot of the forumites here do act that way. that anyone they disagree with is just a nipc. so when that person responds back hotly to them, they get all bent out of shape over it. it becomes a 'them' problem at that point and they cannot handle it. respect is earned, not given freely or blindly and it goes both ways, no one can force or demand respect or expect or assume respect from anyone. but there are some here that think they can.

I dont use ignore either, i find such features a childs tool. for those who cannot deal with how unpretty the internet can be at times. if you cannot deal with the not so nice, then you are too thin skinned. not as mature as you like to think or claim or try and get others to believe. maybe a bit narcissistic or egotistical too. 'play by my way or else' and before anyone says look at myself.. I already know what I am. im not ashamed of it or hide it. any attempt at being snarky or witty or sarcastic or rude will just get you laughed at. because its highly amusing that someone thinks their opinion of me matters at the end of the day. i decide my value not someone else. i dont need outside validation of who or what I am; like so many here do at times.

the forums are not all about being nice all the time, its about expressing yourself, the good and the bad. it shows that there are real people here and not just a few using sock puppets all the time. a few hostile replies in a thread that is overall non-hostile will not always get it removed. there is more value in the non-hostile parts if it has enough pages. it might just get locked to prevent it from exploding. A smaller thread may be taken down sooner to prevent it from burning out of control. plus there are a lot of people here who claim to be non-hostile but show just how hostile they can be when things dont go their little way. which is going to happen, not everyone will or has to be nice all the time. otherwise they would be a fake. and those who have been around the internet long enough can smell fakes pretty easy.

a lot of people claim to be adults but are they really an adult or just a child trying to act like one. age doesn't make one an adult. even the moderators could be considered acting not adult at times in their own behavior if someone really wanted to. everyone has opinions and feelings and views, no one single person or group is more entitled to show theirs or express theirs then anyone else. but some here like to think that is not true. thing is you have to learn to stop wearing your heart on your sleeve and thinking everyone is going to be nice all the time. especially considering all the other things happening in the world today. stop thinking the forums are your personal escape from that, they are not; but a lot of people want to think that is what they are here for. the internet is full of different kinds of people and they will clash when they come across each other, that is how the internet and forums work. Its not always going to be all nice and pretty and friendly all the time. that is not how the world works and the internet and the forums are just an extension of the world, not something different. if you let what others say or do on the internet control you, it proves your not as mature as you might want to think you are. if you let it stress you or anger you or hurt you, that is a YOU problem and not a them problem. people dont have to care how you feel if they choose not to. no one here on these forums is important or special or valuable enough that the forums cannot afford to loose them for a short time or extended time. the forums are not some escape from reality place. but it seems like a lot of people think that is what they are meant to be. if you need the forums to be your safe place then you have a lot of other problems and probably need to seek rl offline personal help via a counselor or someone else.
