I have the Maitreya body, have no problems with the breasts really. Skin is also very important on how they end up looking nude, but if purely on shape, some gravity added makes them more natural looking imo. And I have quite smaller size.

When using a sub par card, try to also set your graphic settings very low. It will not look as flashy, but will reduce lag. But a good card really is a must for a good SL experience.
