    I remember reporting a thread that seriously ran off the rails awhile back. It got Moled (locked) within an hour.

    RL Peeve 433: Websites that only use a Fakebook login to get into it. SL Peeve 433: A group I ran into long ago that wanted you to go to their FB page to have them invite you to it. On the RL peeve, I was on a mboard that was open to all --- then they changed it to a FB only log in, no other ways and they gave a one week notice. When contacted them, they said "everyone is on FB!" I sent a comment to them not everyone is, but it was ignored. Time to move on.....

    I hate the particle abusers. Nothing like a screen of particles to set me into a seizure. Some use a newer time that turning off the particle in the client doesn't stop them.

    What cracks me up is the "Voice Verified" think on their profile. I get a giggle out of that. I usually ignore voice. One exception if it was friends I know parked someone on a friend's land I'll listen in. I don't speak due to stuttering too bad and just type.

    Here's a little story that happened a while back. My man got stuck behind one --- the guy on the phone said I'm on a important call and closed the window, turn the car off and put on the 4-way flashers. What's funny moments later a patrol car came by and the officer went to see what's going on. The officer waved my man safely pass the car. Days later the officer's wife came by our bar (we live in a small town) and said the guy was from California and thought his talking was more important then pulling over somewhere.

    SL Peeve #342: When you try to TP to your home spot and the game just sits spinning... Then Crash and burns. RL Peeve #342: When you're stuck at a traffic light and after it goes green the person in front doesn't move. He/she is staring at their stupid phone --- long enough for the light to cycle back to red.

    I prefer a dumb home. My peeve is when trying to buy something and requires a smart hub. Even hear someone in world saying in a group they have a virtual smart thingy.

    I noticed a few MMOs don't sell gold directly to the players/users. I don't know if it's some legal reason or whatever.

    I rather see the money spent on SL --- not for a 30 second ad. SL will still be here when "Horizons" fades away...

    And some of the posts are related to SL or the Lab. Maybe the thread was left for now since it's catching all the weird stuff that would've been posted to the board and get secured or tossed in File 13 in the Mod/Admin area of the board.

    I own a pick-up from the early 80s and still works like a charm --- and you can still fix it since it has no bleeping computer in it. New cars I won't touch with a 40 metre pole. They spy on you. And you can't log in to SL on their infotainment screen either!

    Speaking of "Swallows" I should check in world and see if a shop sells them. Meanwhile at the Lab..... Kat Linden working on the next update.

    The Linden person who told me about SL said he didn't like the new rule seen below for using the Lab's computers.

    Also if it is just a poster and nothing else --- lodge a PM to the creator. I've seen them accidentally include a picture instead of the product in the past. Sometimes happens when they're up late at night and put stuff in their shops or MP half asleep.

    When I running my club --- I had a newb toon pop in and telling some they need to "verify" their account with him. His profile had "No payment on file" and used the word Linden in his name. He was promptly banned and reported via AR. And told people that was a fake Linden --- official staff would have "Employee" in their profile.
