First time premium user here and I can't see to find an answer and I know that there are some smarties here who can direct me to a link etc. I would like my sl sis to decorate my Linden home, but how do I give her rezz rights? I do not see it on the control panel. I do not have the new Linden home or houseboat, I have a Tahoe one, A frame house. Thanks a bunch in advance!

If someone IMs me and right off the bat they want sex, then sometimes (depends how silly I am feeling) I'll say sure, where shall we go? Then at the last minute I change into an "outfit" of a noob avatar. I play dumb when they start asking me why I changed etc. Heck, beggars can't be choosers, right?

For about 5 days or so, I have been having issues with my friends showing up on my friends list as online when I log on. I know that they are online because it shows them on the SL website dashboard. I then IM them and ask them if they can see me online and they say no. Also, if I try to get a teleport to a destination from (for example) here: https://secondlife.com/destination/spellbound-academy and I click on the Teleport button, the Launch Application small window opens as usual BUT the "Open Link" is not longer clickable for me (in the bottom left corner). This always worked in the past and has seemed to stop working around the same time as my friends list issue above. Anyone else have this problem or have any possible resolutions to fix it? Thank so much in advance!

I like three of them.. 1, 5 and 8. Hard to choose which one is the best out of those three though.

Sandra, when I first started SL, I was very frustrated because I wanted to learn everything so quickly. I did not realize that there was so much to learn and so much to get frustrated with. Sometimes there is no logic to learning SL, unfortunately. I suggest that you visit Newbie Help Sims, most of them always have at least one helper on the sim. Also, some have walk through tutorials and videos to watch. Below are SL map links, websites etc to help you. Just take one day at a time. Even those who have been here for years, still do not know everything. It helps if one is a good computer user, if not then I suggest that you watch videos on the basics of computer use. Otherwise ask in local chat for help. Hi Whirly, sorry you are correct, I meant group chat. It is so annoying to have all of my group chats pop up, it overwhelms me when am trying to focus on something. I have tried Catznip and Black Dragon so far, I do not like either of them, and I did use them for a few hours. They just didn't seem user friendly to me. Sighs. Thanks for your input, Whirly.

I have been trying different viewers but ugh, I can't seem to like them. Firestorm has me spoiled, I am so used to their interface and it is user friendly to me. The other viewers, I don't like the cam view tool, which is exactly like the SL viewer. Also, I love having the ability to mute Group Notices and have only found this ability in FS so far. I also like the way the chat box is set up with FS. Are there any viewers similar to the interface of FS?

I'd like to download the Black Dragon viewer to try it. I always use Firestorm but looking for something less heavy. I would to use a different viewer for when I am just exploring, dancing etc and do not need to take pics or other things that I love Firestorm for. So, on the Black Dragon download page there are 3 versions, two have been updated. Out of the two that have been updated, does anyone know what the difference is between them? Thanks in advance! Thank you Jeny, for bringing this up. I did not see your post as being in panic mode. Geez, people need to stop assuming that they are able to decipher emotions from typed text. If Jeny says that she did not post to put up a panic then take her word for it. Wow. Although it was determined that SL photography is indeed welcome on Flickr, Jeny brought this up BEFORE she understood that. Again, thank you Jeny.

Do whatever you like, just do not try to harm anyone else. If you like hair that is not typical of a white woman to wear in SL.. who cares? Wear it because YOU like it. SL is for doing things that you can't do in RL.. like having tons of different styles of hair.. and eye candy at our fingertips :P
