I use IKON eyes, They only have an older product on the marketplace so it's best to go right to their shop which is here: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/IKON/143/128/501 Sometimes certain AOs can cause weird eye movement. Did you just get a new AO?

Hey, I've found some friends on the forums in the past so decided to try again. I'm from the East Coast USA so am EST (+3 from SL time). I love to hang out, explore all kinds of places/sims, dance, taking pics of SL scenery and people, acting silly, playing pranks (not griefing), table games like Greedy/Parcheesi/Cards and much more. I tend to be on SL after 1pm SL time. Since I am pretty outgoing, I prefer others that are as well or if they are shy at first but open up after a bit, that is fine too. I'm genuine, down to earth, creative and caring. I'm not into materialism, vanity or trends. Send me an IM inworld or reply here is just as good. It might be best to send me a notecard inworld instead of an IM in case my IMs get capped. Looking forward to forming some great friendships!

As far as I know, it should still work. Tell them to log into the SL dashboard at www.secondlife.com then on the left side after signing in, click the Account part. It will then show options and Partners is 3rd from the last. They should be able to accept the partner invite from there. Sometimes SL emails go to the spam folder, it happens to me a lot, so they may not be getting the notification via their email.

I've read some of the replies but have not seen this brought up (apologies if I did indeed miss it). I realize that the Avatar Rendering Complexity can be adjusted in the SL viewer, but what about Firestorm? I don't see it, or maybe it is not available in FS yet?

My faves on men: TMP, Signature-Gianni and Slink However, I've heard that TMP is a pain in the butt. I'm not sure if anyone put this link up but go to www.meshbodyaddicts.com and at the top of the page are mesh body reviews. Edited to add: Looks like Alwin already said what I said...

Weird glitches happen all the time with computers, software, etc. You just never now.. but changing your password is always better to be safe than sorry.

It work perfectly on W10, from start of beta W10 even, so thats not the cause. The problems that people pointed to W10 were always the graphic drivers that didn't update. First thing that comes to my mind is, are you using Windows 10? If so, it says on the SL site that the viewer works on Vista, 7, or 8. Is this a new computer that you are trying to download it on? Are you able to download any alternative SL viewers such as Firestorm, etc?

Well, it's an issue with Windows Defender and Firewall. I tried to follow the whitelist instruction on the FS Wiki but I was not able to follow the exact steps to whitelist, due to some categories not showing up on my pc. Weird, I know. So, what I did was turn off Windows Defender and the Firewall and I was able to load Firestorm fine. So, that is the issue. Now, I just have to figure out how to whitelist it, I'll check Windows site for whitelisting for Win 10.

Hi Whirly, thank you. At the moment, I'm attempting to try whitelisting FS with Windows Defender. If that does not solve it, then I'll be filing a Jira issue. I'll update here to tell what happens, so that others can see my feedback.

Hi Nyll, thanks for the reply. I don't think Norton is on that pc, only Windows Defender but will recheck it. My husband hates Norton and Mcafee so they are most likely not being used. If the issue is Windows Defender (maybe there was a recent update to it), I hope there is a way to allow a SL viewer to run. I'm using the downstairs laptop for now but my privacy is upstairs on the desktop :matte-motes-big-grin: Edited to add: I see a fix to whitelist FS on Windows Defender, will check that out.

Our desktop came preloaded with Win 10. I was using Firestorm for SL fine for about 3 weeks or so then bam! the other day when I tried to run Firestorm, it got stuck on "Initializing VFS". I had to open the Task Manager to end it. I tried to run FS (Firestorm) a few more times, with the same results. Therefore, I uninstalled FS, reinstalled it. Still wouldn't work. These things below are what I have done to try to fix this problem: - Tried to run compatability shooter for FS, still got stuck on "Initializing VFS" - Changed the comaptability mode to run for Windows 8, still did not help. - Per the Firestorm Wiki, tried this resolution (but didn't help, still got stuck on Initializing VFS): See wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_install_crash under "Firestorm locks up on Initializing VFS" - Installed Singularity Viewer, got stuck on "Connecting to Region". Tried to run compatability shooter for Singulairity, same thing .... got stuck on Connecting to Region. - Installed BlackDragon Viewer... same issues that I had with FS... stuck on Initializing VFS. I am not a very techie person with computers but I can understand "layman's terms". Can anyone give me some advice on what to do now to be able to use SL again? The Desktop is a Lenovo H50-55 90BG and has AMD Radeon R7 . Thanks so much in advance to anyone that is willing to try to help. :)

Hello Arden, welcome back!! To me, it sounds like you are wearing a shape that is not allowed to be modified. That may be the reason why the "Edit Appearance" it not showing up. Best thing to do is to go on the marketplace and buy a shape that allows one to modify it. If that does not solve the issue, then am sure someone else can think of what may be happening?

I've been searching on Google but without any luck.. does anyone have links to either websites or videos that show you how to make your own appliers (Omega)? Thanks so much!

I agree with what Phil said. You should have been honest with him. You toyed with his feelings and was fake. Yeah, you did it in SL but that does not void out hurting others. Just input "LGBT" and the places that are the busiest will start at the top of the list.
