This is the web Uploder, there you will go after click on the cloud icon: The menu on the left side allows you to click and open more options, if you want to test it and upload pictures visible only to you, change it under Privacy. Always pay attention to Safety setting under Content filters, "safe" is strictly for non-adult content, if you will upload somehting "adult", change it there to moderate or restricted. Groups, albums, tags and people, all - can be changed or added later when the picture is already in your photostream, so you can use the options in Uploader or not, it really doesn't matter much.

You didn't say how you acess Flickr and there is plenty of different applications for different devices and OS, each of them have different UI and some of them even change funkcionality. I can navigate you if you use Flickr in web browser in Windows. I use Chrome, but it looks same in all browers. For upload click on the right top corner on the cloud icon, it will open web Uploader, there you can add the picture(s) with all settings. For other issues will help if you can share your Flickr with me and if your pictures are public, I can check and tell you what you have in albums or not etc. How to do that? Simply open your Photostream (top menu You / Photostream) and copy paste the web from your web broser here, like that: https://www.flickr.com/photos/loverdag/

As Ayela already mentioned moderated and restricted content is allowed on Flickr, but usually not on other sites. Entire Instagram/Facebook family is strictly PG, but more than 50% of vendors / ads pictures I see daily on Flickr are moderate. Good point about Instagram wrote also Alles Klaar here in the comments: https://www.flickr.com/photos/strawberrysingh/43866043750/in/dateposted/ I beleive big part of SL community still ins't aware FB/Insta have some TOS and they aren't following them. So they build they promo on using SL names on FB or uploading moderate content on Insta. They can do that as long as nobody report them. But if you ask me, my choice would be Flickr, where I'm allowed to do so, not to build something against TOS with daily risk "today will be the day when someone will report me". Its waisted effort. (I speak "in theory" because my landscape photography is save everywhere, so for me personaly its not big deal.)

Thank you, I already googled, there are supposed to be some official apps, but for Win 8 and higher, not for my old Win 7. I also checked my old Insta and it still has 600 followers O.0 They would probably expect me to answer or give them faves back ?.... and thats not what I'm lookig for with my RL pics. I just want nice portfolio and option to show it to my SL / RL friends and family without being really sociable on the platform. If someone is interested about something like that as alternative to Flickr, free Wordpress has 3GB and some nice looking "portfolio" type themes for free as well (IMHO they look better than Instagram). I use really small files, my 800+ photos is only about 720MB, so I think its way to go for me. (I would link the theme gallery, but I'm not sure if its not against forum rules ...)

Is there some comfortable way how to upload pictures stored on computer (not phone) to Instagram? I dont mind the step between SL and Insta, but years ago when I used Instagram, it was platform for phones only, there was no comfortable bridge between platforms. And it was why I left - for RL photos I used camera (not phone), SL pics are taken and saved on computer as well, to upload them in phone and then to Insta was not comfortable at all. If its changed maybe I would consider to move there my RL photos from my free Flickr. But I'm not willing to use "unofficial ways" how to make Win browser on PC/lappy to think its phone... So is that still needed?

I agree with that, even when the new situation isn't comfortable for me. ATM I use one free account for RL photos and gaming non-SL pictures (its over limit, abut 2.5K pics) and one PRO which I had as grandfathered old price until now. But even when I will have reduce / remove content from the free account, I don't see anything there as "greedy" as some people say. To me is perfectly normal to pay for services I use and not expect to have free data storage without limits and forever. Grandfathered PRO was promised for two years, and was running for 3. And 1000K pictures for free still looks decent for me. When I joined Flickr back at 2012 free accounts had limit last 200 pictures displayed (and more other limist about groups etc). (I only wish the limit was about used storage size, not number of photos, beause my files are small.)

I didn't mean if the countries exist. I meant if they really celebrate "Halloween". Because I got impression that every country with some type of holiday close to the date was counted in, even if the local holidays look very differently, and have nothing with Halloween in the classic "pumkins / costumes / candies for kids" form.

Um, well, this makes me ask how good source it was, because - Czechoslovakia doesn't exist since 1993 - Czech republic (formely half of Czechoslovakia) never had Halloweern in any form. There is All Souls' Day and its in November. And it has nothing with pumpkins, candy or costumes. I don't know how other countries on the list, but they can be wrong as well.

I can't really answer what and why creators can choose. But I can imagine that small brands will simply do Maitreya skins for themselves (because its the body they use on their avatar and the only body they own = can use for testing). And then won't keep the skins as private but will put them for sale - as other stuff they do for themselves in the first place, because its not business for them. Or just because "Maitreya" name sells - people will not be (since very beginning) informed about no need to buy some "Omega thingy" to make system Omega skin work. Users thinking: "I own Maitreya body = I buy Maitreya skin." Or for many other reasons I can't even imagine, not being creator myself.

It was in the context of said before - small brand creators who already did not provide more appliers than maitreya + omega. In the future we can expect they will make new system skins for BOM for Maitreya only (as best seller). But if they will keep the tones same as today, the current Omega appliers will still work with the Slink feet (as solution for the "nail issue"). In other words, I will keep the feet applier I already have and use it together with the new system skin for body (what will be in the future available for BOM). At least from your previous post I understood this will be solution for the nail issue. And for me, not being DYI person, probably the only one - if I will want to keep my current skin and the creator will not make more for BOM than Maitreya system skin. A lot people like their skins and stuck with them for years, I don't see that as so rare. And not everyone will be given more options from skin creators. (BTW I'm still not sure if I get right how it ill work.)

IF I understood correctly what you said, it probably means that to wear tattoos with BOM will be more complicated than today (for avatars who don't wear same brand meshes on entire body). Model situation: - avatar wears Maitreya body and Slink feet. - she wants to buy full body tattoo (feet included) or leg tattoo (feet incl.) Today - she will buy tattoo with Omega appliers - they will work with all her mesh parts and with all her skins BOM - in the first step she will have to think about her skin: "Do I wear system skin on entire body (Maitreya + Slink)?" YES = no problem, I can wear system tattoos with no limitation NO (I wear system skin on body only + Slink appliers on feet (to avoid the nail issue, because my creator made the system skin for Maitreya only) = I can't wear system tattoos with feet included, because they will not work with the feet --------------------------- Is that correct? If yes, then everyone who doens't have time/skills/will to made their own tattoos will be more limited than today. And also I can imagine that as source of many confusions on users side. They can even blame the tattoo creators, because they will not understand how it works, like "I bough your tattoo and I want my money back, because its broken, doesn't work with my feet".

Thats easier to say than to do. I prefer less known small brands - in other words skins I didn't see 50 times every day on Flickr because they are majority brands with tons of bloggers - and those small creators are very often people who don't make it as business, its more like side hobby for them. So they have limited time to create. Currently I changed skin (after more than year with the old one) and I wear unknown brand which provide only catwa + maitreya + omega. The omega has no issues, so I still can use Slink feet with no problem. But for the future I can't expect the creator will have so much time to provide all versions, when they don't do that now. In other words, to step out of crowd and to wear smaller brands will be probably harder than today, or more limited in choices of tattoos etc.

Oh wow, 50 layers is great. I remeber we got 5 (I think) in old times. So answer 1 makes me happy. Answer 2 not so much - a lot of creators will not bother to make new tattoos with appliers at all and if they will do, probably not for minority brands, so there will not be way how to use them then. This is exactly what I fear and why I asked - see above. No option for combination of body brand A + foot brand B (and even + hands brand C). As CoffeeDujour already said, it will force us customers to be creative and combine system skins with older appliers and/or nail fix tattoos. Or to put in the trash all meshes (apparel and jewellery) made for different brands and to wear "clear" combo of one brand only. I'm really not sure if it will be on customer's side easier than to buy appliers and click on the HUDs.

Thank you for the answer, but it actually brings more questions. Lets say I will have system full body tattoo (feets and hands included) or feet/hand tatoos. I will use 1/ system skin for body + system tattoo nail fix for hands and feet, will it be compatible with the decorative tattoos as well? 2/ system skin for body + skin appliers for foot and hands (because for the skin tattoo nail fix won't be available) - will that work witht he decorative tattoo? As semi-fantasy avatar I wear sometimes hand/foot tattoos and in same time I need to keep my older mesh foot for some older Slink-only jewellery or fantasy add-ons (as claws), so I feel limited in my choices. I'm not sure if BOM will make it easier or more complicated than it is today.

The issue is nothing new, I already experienced that with Omega "universal" appliers. With the appliers I had same issue as Chellynne - with nails on hands, once even with bellybutton, I got two of them, one "3D" on the mesh body, and on another spot one "2D" on the skin. It made me think that "universal" skins in some cases don't work, if they weren't made for specific bodyparts/brands, they can have those issues. And that makes me to ask - will be with system skins possible to combine mesh bodyparts from different brands? For the instance Maitreya body + Vista hands + Slink foot? Today its not problem, if they don't work properly with Omega, its possible to use separate appliers for each part. So nobody is forced to wear hands from same brand as body if they prefer another brand. Or to delete all older shoes made only for Slink foot, etc.

I think itd more mesh head issue, than problem of specific skin. I experinced that myself with different skins (brands) and different Catwa heads. Maybe more creators made make-up fixes for that, I'm familiar with only one, its from Izzie Button (she made them not only for Catwa, but also for Logo and Lelutka, so I guess, Catwa isn't the only head with this problem): I guess it was made for pictures with closed eyes. With eyes opened the inner area around eye will be probably too light and wont look good - I think this is exactly the reason why most of skins skins have the area darker (even bare skins with no makeup). So I beleive thats not "wrong skin", its there for reason, sadly the mesh eyelids is hard to make look good in both states - it looks good open with darker skin around OR closed with lighter "bare" skin around. Your screenshot looks like you have Catwa lashes off in the Catwa master hud - make them visible and find some nice lashes applier, it will partly "hide" the issue and then it will probably look still acceptable as long as you aren't about to take close portrait with closed eyes. (I'm not creator myself, so this is just my personal opinion based on observation).
