  1. indeed if you'r not a premium member you can not buy mainland. That you were charged this month again is most likely because you still owned land during a last billing cycle. You will not be able to re buy the groupland. If there's noboyd leveling up in tier, LL will reclaim it. And who owns it normally gets in trouble for due payment.
  2. could you sell it while the landdonation was still in place?... do you wear the group tag? do you have permissions in the group to act? perhaps relog, and/or contact life chat
  3. why can't you set it for sale to yourself? are you no premium? normally the person chooser to who you want to sell won't show your own name, but you will have to use the search window and than select yourself. If that not works you could think about useing a alt for it, but be away he has to be premium too and will level up to the tier level thats needed to own the land.

  5. not to be patronizing... ehm..ok a bit... but did you read the news a bit lately?.... what you call SL2 ( real name is Sansar) is already in closed testing... if you google or use the searchfield at top of this page, "Sansar" or even SL2, you will find a bit more.

  8. if you find one doing this it is perfect you take action and AR the person But you say you have no proof... let it go... if the other only says this to shock you and keep you away, and you start spying on him you might get the one who's AR'd....
  9. if it's thats long i really doubt it's cuased by anything at LL side. Start with rebooting all in your connection to the internet. Be also sure your firewall allows all traffic for SL . shut down pc, disconnect power from you router/modem, wait ten seconds, reconnect the router and wait till it's fully operational. Than reboot your pc. If that doesn't help, empty cache, relog in a empty sim, and stay there till all is reloaded again. Do nothing while this is in progress. hope this helps

  12. the status verified and connected with a bank account can be the problem. Yes you can be verified that way, but if the bank doesn't support direct withdraw LL will refuse it. Perhaps check that.

  14. he might have left, but for the ones who read it...( also Kless) logging out of region is mostly caused by a connection problem. It has not been worse worse worse.. as some say. Thinking this is a bug and needs a fix is based on a wrong understanding of SL. It is no game as all others. It needs to log you out of a place and connect all things together again before your avatar can reload. That takes a little time. To try keeping you wait a few minutes gives enough time to be sure all is back again. If you are less patient, try logging at another place, 99% will be possible to relog directly without the wait.

  16. if it's mainland and you don't want to keep it put it for sle parceled.... small parts sell easier than one giant block. If you really wan tto get rid of it, abandon. But in that cse you will get nothing in return. If it's a private region, simply send in a ticket with the request to take it down. But if you price is to high for selling, simply lower it to get at least a little money back.
  17. if you'r using firestorm you can go to preferences/ advanced/allow multiple viewers for every viewer you open you need a seperate account/avatar
  18. it can be a glitch, try it again later, or you are indeed not in the sl group but in a subscription group. You wil have to go to the subscription terminal and click it again te be removed.
  19. if you only made the step to pay for your premium, you will not have a home yet. Go to your accountpage, click the premium tab and choose yours. As soon you choose it you will get a slurl and email with the place where it is located.
  20. you can have a look again after a relog, but if it's not there it most likely is lost.
  21. i am not really an expert on this, but i think that is not possible. Objects and prims are able to have a script inside, what is needed to be able to apply textures, a standard avatar isn't able to contain a script. The reason mesh bodies can, is because they are in fact objects worn by the standard avatar.
  22. you can select the coordinates where you want them, and if you doubt contact support directly, they can help you
  23. there are a few ways, one of them is use " area search " you can see the name, owner and distance of the object.
  24. you forgot one step : save just ok will not apply the changes.
