Not sure so please correct me if I'm wrong, but seems like the official viewer doesn't have that feature. Try Firestorm, Phoenix and what not.

Try another browser and see if that helps if you have not yet. As mentioned on that page, if you wait 24 hours and the status of your purchase is still stuck at "qued for delivery", file a support case with LL (https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ Select Marketplace > failed marketplace delivery) because in this case the seller can't redeliver your purchase since they have not got paid.

Yes, they are sculpted prims or simple prims (if they are flexible). Okay, I checked your store and saw 339 items there. So it supposed to be 389 items? Do you see any connection among those missing listings? One thing I was intrigued by is that you have no listing between item #833405 and #1461604.
