Mimi, please let us (the resident Helpers here) know if you are using Direct Delivery or Magic Boxes. It sounds like you are on Direct Delivery...if you are, here are a couple of things to check: 1. Do a trial delivery to yourself of the items that are being incorrectly delivered to see if the problem can be replicated 2. Take a look at the listing(s) in question and check under "Contents" to see what's there (if there is more than you intend to deliver, then somehow the prior and current files were merged) 3. Resend the item to the Marketplace from your Merchant outbox. It will appear in your Unassociated Inventory. Then, after you see it there, go to the actual listing, click edit, and reassociate with the item from Unassociated and save the changes. Repeat the test delivery to see if it is working properly. If none of those steps uncover the problem for you, I would suggest sending a Support Ticket. P.S.-if the problem still exists, you might also try posting/starting a thread in the Merchants Section of the Forum to find out if this is happening to others (or to give them a head's up).
