  1. If you buy the items which are to be delivered to your object folder while you are off-line, you will lose them when your IMs get capped. So make sure you are on-line when you buy such items from the marketplace. And as to those missing purchases, you can ask the merchant or LL for a redelivery.     So you are wearing an alpha layer for the dress, but not for the shoes, right? You'd have to wear another alpha layer for the shoes. You can wear multiple alpha layers by selecting "Add" instead of "Wear" from the drop down list you get when you right-click on the alpha layer in your inventory if your viewer supports multiple clothing layers.

  6. Mimi, please let us (the resident Helpers here) know if you are using Direct Delivery or Magic Boxes. It sounds like you are on Direct Delivery...if you are, here are a couple of things to check: 1. Do a trial delivery to yourself of the items that are being incorrectly delivered to see if the problem can be replicated 2. Take a look at the listing(s) in question and check under "Contents" to see what's there (if there is more than you intend to deliver, then somehow the prior and current files were merged) 3. Resend the item to the Marketplace from your Merchant outbox. It will appear in your Unassociated Inventory. Then, after you see it there, go to the actual listing, click edit, and reassociate with the item from Unassociated and save the changes. Repeat the test delivery to see if it is working properly. If none of those steps uncover the problem for you, I would suggest sending a Support Ticket. P.S.-if the problem still exists, you might also try posting/starting a thread in the Merchants Section of the Forum to find out if this is happening to others (or to give them a head's up). Also, the Marketplace Commerce Group inworld is very active in Chat and can be very helpful. You might try asking in the Group Chat. I hope this is helpful. Also you can file an abuse report for harassment even if they told you not to do so and mute them. Make sure you include the chat log with them.

I've seen people having the same problem as yours many times here on the forums and Answers and I have no other suggestions than to make sure you fills up/select all the required items such as Category.   25. We'll never know LL's secret formula of the search which they change once in a while. It was like now till some months ago. You could list the demos of your jewelry to adapt to the current formula to see if that makes any difference. Good luck!
