I assume you are talking about merchant outbox. If you were usually using Phoenix, the following fix might work for you. Log in through Phoenix and look for a folder called merchant outbox in your inventory (most likely it would be located in your trash, but not always and might be tucked in another folder). If it's in your trash, restore it. If it's in another folder, drag it out. Relog in to Firestorm or SL viewer and see if it recognizes you now. If you mean anatomically correct by "look profissionally", also check Penny Patton's shapes (https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/4531) as well as the shapes Amethyst suggested, All of them are modifiable, so you can use them as a base of your shape if you want some personal touch. You have only to tweak the sliders.

How is your mouth open? Slightly or widely? Check if you are not wearing an alpha layer which makes your mouth partly disappear to show the teeth or a tattoo layer whrere an open mouth is drawn. Editted to add
