I have been trying to send my lindens to a paypal account for months. I get this message.

When i click on "here" it gives me information about tilia. When i click on, "Provide Additional Information" It just tells me that my KYC application is being reviewed. Here is a gyazo of it.

How do i get past this or fix it? As I said, it has been like this for months.

Typically, the second message would mean that you have already submitted the required info and they just haven't finished processing it.

However, I'd just call Billing and see what they say:

Billing support phone numbers
Toll-Free (US/Canada): 800.294.1067
Long-Distance: 703.286.6277
Our Billing team is available from 9am to 5pm EST(6am to 2pm PST), Monday through Friday.

Thank you. They told me to submit a ticket.

I'm always suspicious of digital currency systems where, when you want to take money out, it's suddenly difficult.

Tilia is licensed as a money transmitter in California. They have statutory time limits on how long they can hold your money after a request. To file a complaint, click here.

DFPI statement:

"The Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) encourages financial services consumers to submit their complaints if they believe a DFPI licensee or registrant has violated state law or acted improperly, or they believe a company or person is conducting unlicensed or unregistered activity that falls within the DFPI’s jurisdiction.

You should always file your complaint with the DFPI, regardless of whether you are trying to resolve your dispute through another forum or process. The DFPI relies on your complaints to help us protect consumers, borrowers, investors, and to obtain redress for them when victimized by unlawful, unfair or fraudulent business practices.

The DFPI evaluates and reviews complaints and takes appropriate action when it finds violations of the laws and regulations we administer. Enforcement actions may include administrative orders to: stop violations of laws; deny, suspend or revoke licenses; take possession of licensees; suspend or bar individuals from participating in a regulated industry; order refunds; and levy penalties. The DFPI also can file civil actions to stop violations of the laws, appoint receivers over companies and obtain restitution for consumers and penalties against violators."

Here's Tilia's record with the DFPI.

I have the same issue. My ticket was sent and "escalated to a specialist" over a month ago and nothing happened. Starting to feel like the issue will never be resolved.

I submitted another ticket and referenced my ticket of the issue and now it's all okay.

So I finally got a reply to my ticket basically saying "Your KYC application has been successfully submitted". It's still not reviewed however and the reply just made it sound as if they just confirmed that yeah it's submitted which it was already like ~2 months ago now... Looks like they just copy pasted a reply without reading the issue at all and considered my ticket "resolved".

Still stuck at the "There is a problem with your account" "Your KYC application is being reviewed" just like before. I'll give it a week and then I'll file the complaint with DFPI if nothing's happened regarding the review by then.

@Paesia Update your support ticket. In your update, mention that you're about to elevate the issue to the DFPI. That might light a fire under them.

@Sharp Zobovic, there may be a problem with the system. Do try again tomorrow and see if there's a change. Also, try using a different web browser, especially if you're using Microsoft Edge. The SL website doesn't always play well with that one.
