  1. So I finally got a reply to my ticket basically saying "Your KYC application has been successfully submitted". It's still not reviewed however and the reply just made it sound as if they just confirmed that yeah it's submitted which it was already like ~2 months ago now... Looks like they just copy pasted a reply without reading the issue at all and considered my ticket "resolved". Still stuck at the "There is a problem with your account" "Your KYC application is being reviewed" just like before. I'll give it a week and then I'll file the complaint with DFPI if nothing's happened regarding the review by then.
  2. I have the same issue. My ticket was sent and "escalated to a specialist" over a month ago and nothing happened. Starting to feel like the issue will never be resolved.
