Gee....  Virtual pregnancy in a virtual world.  If you can't figure out a way to do this bit of role play without spending L$ that you don't have, you could just decide to do a different role play for a while.

You need to call your family and ask them for support, in a time like this you and your child are going to need all the support you can get. Put aside all your petty squabbles and bickerings and accept the help, if not for yourself then at least for the developing prim inside your virtual womb.

What would you do in that occasion in real? Be teached by your mistake and don't repeat it neighter in SL nor in RL if there aren't the suitable conditions. Soon you will realize that SL is a big school for all.

if you've been with a bloke that uses a certain well known freenis that can get someone up the duff it might have said you were pregnant but your not really you used to have to go to the clinic run by the creator of the freenis and get a pregnancy belly to be able to give birth since it doesn't exist any more AFAIK it doesn't matter if it's 9 days 9 weeks or 9 months you won't be pushing out prim babies
