Secondlife.com login kaputt?

Do note where it says "While it might cause it to be worse" - in other words, you attempt at your own risk.

At least one other - downthread - was able to restore their access by using a different log in segment. The issue will obviously differ in solution at this stage from person to person.

I've run into the same issue of one account of mine not being able to log into my SL Dashboard.  I tried the Marketplace log in.  I logged out of MP and logged back in. Then I tried logging into my SL Dashboard on the problem account and it worked. Then I logged out of both accounts and retried my SL Dashboard again. This time logging right in with no problem. 

It might be a 'Hit & Miss' for some as a fix. Hopefully Linden Labs will get this bug fixed soon.

All other pages starts to work, maybe it will help if someone still have problem with login to dashboard and marketplace.

I could kiss you right now! Been seriously fretting, no way to view or make transactions. Everything is back to working order for me too now.

First, it's not a secondlife or lindenlab domain, so it reeks of fishing website. I had to do some research to determine whether it was a scam or not. It appears to be legit. So that brings me to my second point:

Second, I'm confused by your use of the word 'logged'. On this page, I was never asked to log (in). Or, at least, it never asked me for a password, only my account name and email address and the nature of my problem. Minutes after, I got a confirmation email from secondlife-support@lindenlab.com. So it does not appear to be a fishing site.

Third, four hours later, and still no news and still no fix. I also highly doubt that customer support is able to be of any help on a per-account basis anyway, since this seems to be a systemic problem (see status page).

I cant login either for many days

I keep an eye here https://status.secondlifegrid.net/incidents/8qssywpq44nv but its been many days no?

I also tried to submit a ticket here https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/home , it asks to login first, but you know.... lol

I really dont mind to wait for it to be fixed but its taking longer than expected, I cant remember any other issue taking that long.

create a alt and make a new ticket as guest account.
