How do you file a ticket if you can't login to the website?

Same issue. LL says it's resolved, it's not.

I can't login to the website. I can login in world, marketplace, these forums, I can buy money in world, but I can't login into the website. I tried an alt and it logged in no problems. It's been the last couple of days on my computer or phone in different browsers.

Argh, the problem was I had my 512 allocated to an old group. Thank everyone for their helpful input.

Still no go, I have been trying to get a Linden Home for 3 months, it keeps saying this.

I recently tried to get a Linden Home and it won't let me. It keeps saying I need to update my account. I have looked over my account and everything is right. I can buy Lindens and get a bill to have an account no problems. But I can't get a Linden Home. I'm not sure who to ask or how to fix it. Any suggestions?
