Rolig Loon Posted January 13, 2020 Share Posted January 13, 2020 Because that's not the way it works. When you Process Credit, you are sending USD to your PayPal account. If you cancel the transaction, all you are doing is keeping the USD in your USD balance. You are not buying L$ with it. Check your USD balance. On the Account History page on your dashboard, there are two balances show - L$ Linden Dollar Summary and USD$ Tilia Account Summary.
