I remember the camping times which led to the business idea that organized gangs of alts jumped from place to place and collected all available prizes. I suppose this idea isn't totally dead today. -
No matter what event, people take the the prizes and run. Ad boards? Who sponsors the event? They couldn't care less. That Is my personal experience.

What do others say? I'm renting since years from Surreal Chung, a branch of Anshe Shung. Nothing wrong with them. Good prices and perfect support. I'm long time in SL, but couldn't find a better land company until now.

Do you see your Avatar as mirror of your real self? Or rather as a computer generated fantasy character that has nothing in common with your real person? Perhaps a character that you would like to be in real life? Well, I don't expect outings. lol But I noticed that some residents seems to consider their avatar and themselves as one and the same person.

No relevance? Places are ranked in the search results by the same number that's to find in the parcel details of a place under traffic. Don't take my word for it. Check it out by yourself.

The value that ranks places in the search results is the same which you can find as traffic in the parcel details of the particular place. And then, if you see 50 or 60 bots more or less hidden all over that place, but no regular avatars. What do you think causes the traffic? Well, boosting traffic with bots is forbidden. But what about AFK places? A loop hole in the TOS?

I don't hide anything. I'm using an avatar because Linden Lab requires it in order to take part on Second Life. Why I don't reveal rl life details? Funny question. For good reasons none of us reveails personal details to strangers in real life (normally, except facebook users lol). Why would we have an obligation to justify the same behaviour in Second Life?

Recently this: "Second Life: The message sent to (my groups and others) is still being processed. If the message does not appear in the next few minutes, it may have been dropped by the server." pops frequently up, when I try to submit a post. Just now NO message I post goes through. I suppose not only mine get dropped. Grid status says nothing. Well, just chatlag, right? Seems we have to get used to it. But it's not very funny.

For the ones which want to know what the German words "Entartung" and "Freiheit" mean in English. Entartung = Degeneration. Freiheit = Freedom. Well, the German 30s were wild times. And Berlin was indeed a Babylon of each kind of sin, morally degeneration, crime and politcal intriueges. While on the streets the Nazis were already marching, people partied like there were no tomorrow. There is a German tv series that pictures these times perfectly. It calls Babylon Berlin. My pleasure. :) I guessed that the couple mirrors the gender roles in society. I think even when the roles changed most of the traditional views still exist in the mind of people and influence our daily life in many areas. I want to add another point. To get the idea at all to display the theme in that way and the way you realized it, that's more than just "story telling". Respect. And believe me. I don't want to flatter you. :)

Wow. Stunning. He stands for reason. Life needs a plan. No time to fool around. She is rather emotional, has romantic fantasies and takes life as gift that should be enjoyed each day new. Well, thats only my personal interpretation of the scene. I guess their relationship isn't without conflicts. The arguing couple on the wall painting could be a sign for that.
