  1. Nah, you just won a follower. I didn't know that myspace still exists. I remember when it was a trendy social platform. But when it was sold, it went downhill.
  2. Loser. 😛 But don't worry. One fine day you will shine. Ah, you just won your first follower. Congrats.
  3. Man, why always so serious? I posted this just for fun. I like the song. Do you serously believe that my self-confidence depends on the likes I get or on the number of followers? Well, then you are very wrong.
  4. That would be a feast for our haters. lol In no time all our likes would be gone.
  5. A very good point. Many users believe exactly that and the most creators strengthen this believe.
  6. This is a collection of all their former group gifts. See screenshot. Well, it still cost 199 to join the group. But in my opinion it's worth. wow skin screenshot
  7. You trust in description pictures? I see often skins looking like crap on the market, but with my shape they turn into beauties. Well, it is a lottery.
  8. Actually I do. Recently I purchased the box with all skin group gifts in the WOW shop. I think 50 or 60. Some work very nice with Lelutka. Of course it depends also much on the shape. Thanks for the info about the Lilly head.
  9. I? No. I appreciate Skells explanations very much.
  10. No wall of text at all. I'm sorry that you have these issues. I use Lelutka Lilly 2.5 with BoM. Don't ask me what head generation that is, origins or evo. lol In general it works fine. Well, I have near to 1000 classic skins of all brands and no names I think. Mostly group gifts, bargains or finds from the market. Usually I have to try a few dozens until I find one that fits with a particular head, but still require to edit the shape. So my method is kind of try and error /mix and match. You mention Skin Fair. I was there also. The prices, I don't know. A little bit high, aren't they? Just to mention it, the fact that I'm a BoM fan doesn't mean that I have a problem with applier users. I don't want to convince anyone. If one is happy with appliers, no need to change to BoM. What disturbs me a little bit ist the reputation that BoM has in SL as a complicate and confusing monster. lol As for OPs lips. I'm with you. They look great indeed.
  11. I told them the correct thing. In general it is not possible to use BOM and Omega at the same time. If experienced users know a tricky way to make it possible for themselves, why is that an important information for BOM starters? They deal with red faces and when they ask, they get explained something about multiple layers. How useful is that.
  12. And I repeat that. It was a big help. Actually I have no doubt that many Residents learned BOM with the help of your manuals. So I have absolutely no clue why you appearently interprete my post as personal attack. I'm a member of many mesh head and mesh body support groups. I see each day that residents ask a simple question about BOM and get as answer walls of texts. It can't be said often enough. To use BOM is definitely no rocket science. When it is appears so, then often because of the way the "experts" explain it. To clarify, this is NOT addressed to you. This is my daily observation. Of course I'm aware that some Residents can't manage BoM because they refuse to learn. But it seems to me that OP did her best. As for me I can understand her frustration.
  13. I understand. That's what you want? A forum of "yes" sayers? Ssshhh...oh God, don's say the "no" word, please. lol Oh my, even Adam and Eve got tired of the daily harmony and peace in paradise. 😛
  14. This is a Maitreya body 5.2 and LAQ head Lulu both BOM with a random skin. Make up and stockings BOM as well. Coat is mesh. I always use self-made shapes. The pictures are a not edited. I use EEP. I couldn't do such pictures without BOM. You think it must be complicate? No, after you activated BOM you can forget it. It works automatically in the background.
  15. Sounds interesting. Best of luck for this project.
  16. Yes. What you said: "for anything except skins, and as long as your mesh body and/or head have a layer that allows for appliers (the main 'big brand' exceptions being Legacy and Aesthetic, as neither of those brands has Omega support at all)." Do you think that is an easy to understand and important information for starters? I mean for OP it didn't work to use both at the same time. Well, it would have been more correctly, when I had said "one can't use both at the same time with some exceptions." No offense intended, but in my opinion that is exactly the problem why still many residents consider BOM as complicate and confusing. Instead that BOM starters (what OP obviously is) get basic informations they get flooded with technical informations and details which might be interesting for advanced users, but not for residents which want only one thing: to get BoM working at all. The result is - I'm quoting OP - "I'm done with BOM".
  17. Well, ok. I'm no gacha expert. I don't touch gachas for several reasons.
  18. Well, the lowest price seems to be 40 L and the highest 1000 L. I consider that as helpful information. Except if the price doesn't matter for you.
  19. See how many merchants are offering these creatures. And how different the prices are. Snoobs
  20. You can't use Omega and BoM at the same time. Either you use Omega or BoM. Are you sure you removed the head alpha? You need to to that, when you use a mesh head with BoM. A red face is a sign that you probabley did not.
  21. The description on the pictures says rigged mesh avatars.
