Bingo. There are more than financial reasons indigenous peoples used a form of culling in choosing their kills. Think of a pack of wolves bringing down what appears to be a healthy adult, young buck. There are a number of reasons why loss of information happens and each one of them is beyond LL's control. Software glitches, hardware crashes and dies, just to name a couple of the most common reasons. You makes your choice and you pays your price.

I hold the handle of the knife between fingers and thumb then use the palm of my other hand to press down on the dull edge of the blade, keeping my hand covering the pill so when it seperates it won't go flying off where humans can't find it but dogs, cats and other pets will.

You mean there really is at least one other person out there whose SL has been the same as mine since day 1? It's never fun being the odd "man" out. Things on the home front seem to be finally settling down a bit so I can start logging in again without having to jump up and run off without any warning. Shoot me a friend invite if you think you can stand hanging around me from time to time. I'm not always easy to get along with but you already know that. It's funny. Looking back over the years, no one from SLU ever asked me to be friends in SL. Was I really that mean and hateful? I think now would be a good time for me to stfu.

I do play off line games and I am not anti-social TYVM. I still don't want random strangers inside my house without an invitation. What part of "it is my home" is so hard to understand? I've been in SL since 2004 and I have yet to see this "custom" you speak of. Most of us, in the beginning, didn't come to socialize. We came to create. The social part was just an added perk. I don't like associating with other humans very much because of the way humans treat each other. Those who are surrounded by loving family and friends have no idea how rare that situation really is. ETA: The only iterations of the Sims I have not played is Online. I've been playing Sims for 20 years. But there was no way I was going to play Online after hearing some of the horror stories of Sims Online and experiencing SL.

Those are the ones we kept as pets on SLU.

People have been doing that RP in SL for years. There's even a "tool" script for it on the MP that you can create trap doors and such with.
