  1. I wish I could! But unfortunatly my laptop isn't up for it.
  2. If you're on Firestorm you can file a Jira for support. Attach as much information as you can. This page tells you how to do it: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/file_a_jira Good luck!
  3. Try logging in with a text based viewer like Radegast: link to download from here: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Third_Party_Viewer_Directory Make sure you log in to a safe lag free region, I use Filby for that but there's loads of empty water regions. if you succeed, take off that outfit and try relogging on your usual viewer. If you don't crash then maybe there's something wrong with that outfit and you could contact the creator. If you still crash there could be another problem but without knowing your system specs that's hard to tell. Good luck!
  4. I always have dark brown hair and i like t be able to change streaks or roots. I don't care much for ombre. I do like color change accesoires like bobby pins or headbands. Just my very personal opnion
  5. For future reference, here's how to reach SLgo help: you can email support@onlive.com (they're quick to reply), there's an inworld help group as well: SL Go by OnLive, and they have a forum: http://community.onlive.com/sl-go-app/ The inworld group doesn't provide official 24/7 help yet but there's usualy helpfull people around as well. There's also a wiki for FSGo: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/onlive:start Hope this helps!
  6. I think I spotted you.....:matte-motes-big-grin-wink:
  7. The great thing about different viewers is that they offer us a choice: we can pick what viewer we like and works best for us! All viewers are good, just cater to different needs, from text viewers to feature rich ones!
  8. Were you wearing the TMP hud as well? It's known to cause problems for some.
  9. This is exactly why I refuse to buy mesh items without a demo. Give the creator some time to respond, a lot of people are still recovering from the festive season. Maybe she forgot to put something in the vendor or put in the wrong layer or version. It happens!
  10. I suppose it's been said before but........try demos! they're usualy free and will give you a good insight on how the avatar works and looks. Like Dres mentioned, lighting and graphic options have a great influence on how the texture on the avatars look. If you don't use the same setting as in the picture there will always be a difference. If you read the description it says the package contains a hairbase. That's NOT the actual hair! Don't blame creators for user mistakes, inform yourself before you decide to spend money on things you buy!
  11. you can also check http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Linden%20Memorial%20Park/147/88/8, it's a set of sims dedicated to memorials. There's also a section where you can rezz a flower in memory of missing or lost friends. It's a lovely quiet aerea where you can stroll around.
  12. Kudos for Amethyst for being able to translate and understand the question!
  13. I'll send you the lm for the jeans inworld ;-)
  14. None of the people in this forum are staff members, they're just SL residents, just like yourself.
  15. After years of short hair I decided to try long for a change. I like it!
  16. There are no levels in Second Life and RM isn't a currency for it. Wrong platform I presume.
  17. If they realy spend tht amount of money they spent way to much for that result. The av looks ok, but that's about it.
  18. This is a resident to resident forum so we can't give you information about that. you could contact billing support: https://support.secondlife.com/billing-support/
  19. As far as I know, restore to last position only works for avatars who have the rights to rezz at 0.0.0 position of the sim. So only the tennant whos parcel has that corner can use it. I assume the land and estate managers have rezzing rights on the whole sim, so also at 0.0.0. That would explain why it works for them.
  20. This is a residents forum, but if you have problems with your transactions you can get help here: https://support.secondlife.com/billing-support/ either by phone or by opening a ticket. I hope this helps!
  21. I'm glad your issue is solved! If you want to get the Firestorm support group, just click help on the top of the screen and choose "Join Firestorm support group" frim the drop down. There's groups in several languages.
  22. Try the things on this wiki page : http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_bake_fail Good luck!
