I'm thinking that if there are no straps of any kind, then they wouldn't show under any clothes. Minor avatars would still have to be covered. I get what you're saying though. If the top is built into the skin, there's no way for the avatar to become topless.

It would be even easier just to wear a different skin. The point of requiring modesty skins for child & minor teen avatars is so creators can't sell anatomically correct skins without breaking the TOS, & if users wear them on a child avatar, they will obviously be breaking the TOS as well.

Here's someone on MP already making modesty skins to meet the new TOS requirements. Personally, I think child avatar skins should be gender-neutral, with underpants on the pelvis and without anatomical details on the chest, like a doll.

A Linden Bear would be a cute AI helper, kind of like Janet on "The Good Place".

Going after individuals who get involved in TOS-breaking activities might be harder than going after the sims and groups that promote them.

When an animal avatar stands on 2 legs like a human, it's an anthro furry (unless it's a werewolf or a scaley). When an animal avatar looks like a real animal it's a feral furry. Nekos and other mostly human avatars with animal ears & tails are debatably furries too, though many furries don't think so. There might be another designation for fantasy creature avatars too. (What if a centaur has genitalia? Do they have to wear pants now?) Timber Wolf Industries specializes in realistic animal avatars. Other creators make alternate fur colors, attachments, vocalizations, furniture, & etc. for them. Teegle, Waterhorse & others make horse & wolf avatars and ridable horses. Rezz Room makes mostly companion animals, but they're making a few animal avatars too now. Jian makes animated decor and companion animals. Jinx makes both realistic & fantasy animal avatars & companion animals. A bunch of other creators make animal avatars, both realistic & fantasy. Most animal avatars do not come with genitalia, but they can be purchased from other creators.

Anthros could easily wear a furry loin-cloth. I think Carnivores could justify wearing a skin from prey, but herbivores might need to wear a fig leaf.

You can buy cat butthole covers on Amazon. I'm sure some enterprising person can make some to sell on MP.

Be careful. If you derender everyone around you, you won't be able to tell if there is a naked child or furry avatar there.

As a reminder, skins with built in underwear already exist in the Inventory Library. I'd guess there must be some PG skins on MP too. I have several saved from old skin fairs and Fantasy Faire (pre-mesh bodies days).

The issue is that a bra-like upper body garment will show through many styles of clothing. Of course a bra-like garment on a baby or toddler would also look ridiculous and make SL a huge laughing stock in the gaming and virtual world culture.
