When do i get items i bought in shopping?

Hello KronikPak. If you purchased your stuff from Marketplace you have to wait up to 24 hours. That 's what officially LL reports, although usually residents get their stuff after some minutes or seconds. However last weeks there is a bug. Some residents when they are offline, they don't recieve their stuff (and not only). Here is a jira about: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-7540? Maybe your problem is relative. If so, you can vote there, add your comment and follow the suggestion of Maestro Linden: "After more investigation, I have a guess about why this issue only affects certain avatars. One of my avatars had this issue, and had an empty Block List. As soon as I had the avatar block an object inworld (right click -> Block), I immediately received the queued offline IMs. This fix persisted between different sessions, even after I removed the object from my Block List (making it empty once again). For those of you affected by this bug, could you try blocking/muting an object or avatar, and see if that fixes your problem? To block an object (or avatar), you can right click on them, then select Manage->Block from the context menu." Generally if you have problem with delivery failures you have 2 options: Contact the merchant: Open your Dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> If you see that your last purchases delivered means that the merchant(s) got payed --> Take a copy of your last purchases (there you see the name of the merchant)--> Open your inventory --> create a New Notecard --> Paste there --> send the notecard to the merchant(s) describing what was happened and asking politely for redelivery. Contact support: If you purchased your stuff at Marketplace and if you don't get a reply by the merchant, you can submit a ticket --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened, include the order number and the name(s) of the item(s) that failed to be delivered and wait for a reply -
so i bought a skybox and now i cannot go to it

Hello ezme and welcome to SL Forums. My feeling is that we need more details for a better answer. You can edit your post (Options --> Edit). Please do not create a new thread. For now: If you bought the skybox: You purchased it and you got it in your inventory clicking "Keep" in the pop-up window. Is it right? If so, it is in objects tab in your inventory. Where did you rezz it or where are you trying to rezz it? At your own place? At a public sandbox? If you rent the skybox: Contact the owner or a manager there, asking for support. If eventually you find it, don't forget to create a landmark (Menu World --> Landmark this place with the new V3.2.5). In addition if you are allowed, set your home position there (Menu World --> Set home to here). After you can go there or with ctrl+shift+H or with the house icon on the left of your address bar on the top. -
I cant see my Linden Home . I have a premium membership. why cant i see it.

Hello Bluesway and welcome to SL Forums. If you use Phoenix, check out if you accidentally derendered the house. It is under Phoenix Menu (on the top) --> Asset Blacklist --> if you see something there, click on it --> Remove. After teleport out and back again to see the house. -
Is it possible to send email to an IM?

Hello Mewling. If you use V3, you can send mails directly opening a profile. You can do this also in https://my.secondlife.com/ If someone sends you mail, you get a notification in world about, with a link to read it opening your browser. -
Hello hunny. You do that clicking the "Picks" button (it has an icon with a thumbtack). If you don't see the button, right click on a toolbar --> toolbar buttons --> find the button and drag it out on a toolbar. Click it and after the small cross down there to add picks. There you can edit also or delete pics.

Hello Bedlam. No problem for me eighter. I got some stuff some mins earlier. Clear your browser's cache, relog in your dashboard or try a different browser. If the problem remains you can submit a ticket --> Marketplace --> General Marketplace issues. Rerort the problem there and wait for a reply. -

Hello again Celim. If suggestions at your previous thread didin't work ( http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Account/please/qaq-p/1325859 ), the problem is maybe relative with invalid characters in your group tag, with a 2-byte character being sliced in half, resulting in a corrupt character. If so, you will fix the problem if you remove or change it. Maybe it is a group you have recently created or joined in? If you remember which group tag you wear, log in with an alt (alternative / another account), find the owner or a manager of the group, explain who you are and ask them to eject you of the group. If you are the group owner, again log in with an alt and change the group tag. If it is no possible, tell your friends to delete the group. When they all leave, your groups in 48 hours will stop to exist, so you will fix your problem. In any case if you are a premium and you can't find a solution, you can submit a ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ --> Account issue --> Second Life Web Login Issues. Report there the problem analytically and wait for a reply. Good luck.

Hello tweed13. I had a look in your previous thread for the same reason. I hope you that you have already read the answers there. If no, please do. If you mean that your partner can't open the Linden Home's door it is no possible, only the owner can open it. However she can drives her camera into the house and with right click to sit somewhere. This way she can get in when you are offline. After standing into the house she can get a landmark. Check out also if you accidentally restricted the access there under the About Land window (Menu World --> Place profile --> About Land --> Access). Set allow public access there and suggest her to try again. If you mean something else please edit your post (Options --> Edit) adding the error message she gets when she is trying to get in or teleport there. Please do not create a new thread. Really it doesn't help.

Hello SarahTuesday and welcome to SL Forums. "Submit a ticket because you couldn't accept an invitation to join a group"? Sounds like a no very good suggestion. Log in world and ask to meet one of these residents face to face and after ask again them to send you an invitation. Sometimes lag can cause it, especially when the invitation is sent from a different region.
