  4. Hello jynin and welcome to SL Forums. You need to find a parcel to rent. There you can rezz your stuff permanently. For the parcel a weekly tier required depending of how many prims you need there. More prims = bigger tier.
  5. Hello Raki. It is not something standard. Some residents don't log in often. The best way is to send a notecard to the merchant because sometimes im's get capped. Alternatively you can whire a review at Marketplace for the product, mentioning everything you like or not and rate. Bad reviews or rates sometimes make the merchant to contact you more quickly. Happened to me in past. Of course if you get support, after you can change your review and your rate.

If no, as a Basic Member you have no a house. You have or to upgrade to Premium again or to rent a parcel in a Private Estate (weekly tier required).
  7. Hello Bethesa and welcome to SL Forums. Difficult to say. You can submit a ticket --> Marketplace --> Marketplace item listing issues with a link of your product and wait for a reply.
  8. Hello Shaleana and welcome to SL Forums. There are 2 top causes for your problem: You have corrupted files saved in your hard disk. If so, you will fix the issue if you delete them and download new files. To do that, delete all contests at the following folder: C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ ApplData \ Local \ Secondlife After login back in a quiet sim like Smith, Exeuxoa or Anzere. Stay there under the water, open your inventory type something in search there and wait fetching all your items till the last one. When fetching finishes, try to change outfit choosing choosing one with just the necessary stuff (skin, shape, hair, eyes, pants and shirt) without any attachments. Wait some seconds and rebake your textures with Ctrl+Alt+R. Repeat same process if it is necessary. It will fix your issue. You have problem with your internet connection. If so, you will fix the problem if you fix your internet connection. You can test your internet speed at http://speedtest.net/ If it is too slow, reboot your modem / router leting it closed for at least 2-3 mins and try again. If you use wireless connection, simply avoid it (it is no recommended for SL) and prefer direct cable connection instead. You can experiment also with your maximum bandwidth until to find the best setting for your system (under preferences --> setup).   9. Hello DizWunzaKilla. SL viewer and Phoenix Viewer count the avatar's height differently. If you are for example 5'' with Phoenix, with Viewer 3 you are about 4'5'' with Viewer 3. Places with height delectors don't allow avatars shorter than 5'' and they count the height as i know with the offlicial viewer (although it is no accurate). You wrote that you have already contacted the owner and you are no into the ban list (for the parcel i guess) but maybe you have been banned from the whole Estate. Try to contact the Estate Manager or Owner or with an im or better with a notecard to check out if something is wrong.
  10. Hello Jobie and welcome to SL Forums. As already mentioned you have to submit a ticket under Marketplace --> LindenX and Marketplace Exchange Issue. Report analytically the problem there, include the error messages you get and wait for a reply. It takes usually 3 days.

  12. Hello Raki3R. The "secret" is to learn and understand completely to use the commands "Save" and "Save as". They work same as in all applications like for example when you save a document in MS Word. When you change clothes or just you remove or add something in your appearance you can use the "Save as" to save the new outfit or the outfit with the last changes as a new outfit with a different name. For example you have the outfit ".....", saved in your inventory. You make 2-3 changes. With "Save as" you save them in another new outfit with the name "..... New" or different. That means with simple words that the previous outfit called "...." continues to exist in your intentory and same time you have the new outfit ".... new" with the changes. On the other side if you make changes in your appearance and you use the command "Save", you save permanently the new changes in the same outfit and in fact you lose your previous look (without the changes). Summary: When you create a new outfit you use always the command "Save as" and you save it with a new name. I repeat this doesn't affect the previous outfit. When you want to to make 1-2 changes and keep you use "Save". Save means that you lose all previous settings.

Versions 3.2.1 and 3.2.5 beta available here, or try a Third-Party Viewer.
  14. Hello Raki3R. I don't think that someone can help you here with the HUD except he has the same stuff. Read again the instructions (notecards) and if you still can't find a solution, the best you can do is to contact the creator (merchant) or with im in world or better with a notecard. Most merchants are very kind and care for their customers. Just make patience. Some residents don't log in every day.
  15. Hello BelleFolle and welcome to SL Forums. On the right of your hud, there is an icon like a page (book). You click it and the World Map opens. You see on the Map a red circle. This is Tyran' workshop. You are the yellow dot. You will see in your screen a red arrow. Close the map and follow the red arrow (beacon) to find Tyran's Workshop. Alternatively teleport home and again back to Linden Realms, walk through a portal and you will see it in frond of you.
  16. Hello wjohnso and welcome to SL Forums. With screen resolution 1024*576 sure you can't run the Viewer 3.2.4. However you can try the beta 3.2.5. There you can set it lower. But there is no only your screen. Generally your laptop is no recommended for SL. SL is a very demanding application.
  17. Hello SirAngle and welcome to SL Forums. If your viewer is stuck to "Initiliazing VFS" is possible to fix the issue if you clear your cache manually (out of SL and having the viewer closed). So delete all contests at the following folders (for XP): C: \ Documents and Settings \ (USER NAME) - Application Data \ SecondLife and C: \ Documents and Settings \ (USER NAME)\ Local Settings \ Application Data \ SecondLife Usually the folder Appdata is a hidden folder. (Windows Tools \ Folder Options \ View & enable Show Hidden Files/Folders) See if that helps.

Open your inventory type something in search there and wait fetching all your items till the last one. If still you haven't fixed your problem, obviously you have corrupted files in your computer. If so, you have to delete them and to download new ones. Please see: http://status.secondlifegrid.net/ Try to log in a different region like Smith, Exeuxoa or Anzere and see if that helps. Hope to read Rolig's and Knowl's new ones now. We don't know even which viewer you use, something about your system's specs, or for your connectivity. What happens when you try to open an instant message? What happens when someone else tries to open you an instant message? What you have tried so far, reading the previous suggestions? Do you crash during teleporting, you see nowhere teleport buttons or you click teleport and nothing happens?
