    Iam from india,i wanted to exchange indian currency for linden dollars ,when i filled my adress in billing adress and my brothers visa electon card number and submited a window poped up saying "Sorry, your payment failed." .. what should i do .. i use my brothers debit card please i need urgent help..... :(
